Very nice until you sign on the dotted line and give him the money. Rude, nasty and never did anything to help. Completely contradicted himself with what he said at beginning. Please please please do not get involved with this con artist!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! BEWARE! Stay away from this man. He is a con-​artist. He makes you feel like he’s really going to help you but he’s all about the money. He also thinks that he is a much better lawyer than he actually is. Neil is extremely cocky and full of it. I would not recommend his services to my worst enemy. Find another attorney. I should sue him for the money I paid him since he didn’t do a damn thing.
