Hesitated to wait the long line but was very pleased by the speed and efficiency of the staff. The line was gone by the time I retrieved my drink. Would gladly return.

lovely staff, consistent drinks, clean. They make sure to make suggestions if you’re unsure of what to order.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to in the USA. This place has the most clueless staff. They are slow. Can’t even make an iced coffee in less than 10 min. And always mess up orders.

This is the worst Starbucks EVER!!! Maybe it is due to the hour but at 9:30pm I waited over 10 minutes for a tea and the place was basically empty.

I go to Starbucks 3 – 4 times per week but will never go back to this one. The barista, Trisha couldn’t make a grande iced coffee with half and half and sugar. after the second time she told me to make it myself. I’m paying $ 5 for a cup of coffee please make it right. Staff is very rude and unfriendly.

The absolute worst Starbucks. There is always a giant line, nowhere to sit and the cashiers and baristas are sloppy and distracted. I order the same thing every day, it can’t be that difficult to make an iced coffee. This place is a necessary evil to me since I work so close and need an afternoon pick me up. Not to mention the parking is atrocious. Definitely choose a different location.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to – they mess up my order regularly even though the cashier asks about 10 times what I said. There is always a line out the door and its extremely loud. I was told by one cashier that you can’t combine gift cards to get Starbucks rewards. then told by another cashier(it was already too late) that you can combine your cards to get rewards(ie a free drink after 12 purchases). I received 6 Starbucks gift cards for Christmas(yes I drink too much coffee) adding up to $ 75 worth and didn’t get any rewards because of the wrong information I was given. If you average the amount of my coffee vs the gift cards I used I would have had almost 2 free drinks waiting for me. Either way I love Starbucks so I will always have to come here as I work down the block – I just wish they would pay attention to their customers and get their facts straight about the reward cards.

This location has a great staff, very friendly and quick. There always seems to be a line whenever I am in here, I can only imagine working here for all the GC people and kids spending their parents money. The staff does a great job going through the line, managing the crowds and getting the drinks out. Props to the baristas!

Not my favorite Starbucks location. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the baristas seemed to care more about talking to each other than serving the customers. The condiment bar was filthy and poorly stocked. Is there no manager at this store? Also, they advertised blonde roast but weren’t brewing any, so they made it in the clover and it was plain awful.

Just like every other Starbucks around but I do enjoy my Starbucks beverages. Very friendly staff and lots of seating in the establishment. This Starbucks has the clover machine which I didn’t realize until I already ordered and paid for my beverage. I enjoyed my coffee and bagel.

They have one of very few Clover Machines on LI. That is great. However, the staff makes it not so great. They are disorganized and I’ve had experiences with rude staff members. I’ll gladly go to the stewart ave location instead.

There’s an intangible quality that makes this Starbucks stand out among others. There’s plenty of seating, including outdoor seating in the summer. The lines can be longer at times, probably because it is located in a busy shopping center in Garden City, but the staff keeps it moving.

This will be my first installment of a series of reviews for military friendly establishments. I’ll lead off with one of my personal favorites… Starbucks. The Starbucks on seventh st. in Garden City is pretty much run of the mill, but what is special about the company in general is that if I ever walk into one in uniform I’d say there is a 90% chance I will not have to pay for my beverage of choice. I don’t know if that’s an official company policy or what but this soldier certainly appreciates the gesture!

Pretty much your average starbucks. This one is always busy and conveniently located to my apartment so I’m here pretty often.
