Never again. I’ve received two of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten here. The most recent time, the haircutter did not listen to what I wanted, and did a horrible job on top of that.

saw a lot of kids roll through there while getting partial highlights and a cut with nacho. great customer service! receptionist was helpful AND gracious. i think i saw a few walk-ins but i’d try for an appointment, although it isn’t as though you’d have nothing to do while waiting. can’t wait to come back!

If you want a good hair dresser you have to pay for it, I highly recomend Nacho I been going only to him for four years now and will follow him if he ever leaves and I hope he never does on the other hand I agreed with one review a spanish woman that i absolutely hate ruined my oldest daughter’s hair she left it all uneven and made her bands so tick and awful when i told her she said to me that’s what she wanted I BEGYOURPARDON! I told her I’m the mother I told you what to do but i didn’t make a big stink about it because of Nacho from now on if he will not cut my daughter’s hair noone else will

If you have long hair and want to keep it that way, stay far away from this place! If I could give it a zero stars I would, but I don’t have that option. It took me 6 months to grow out my hair. I wanted to keep it long and told the lady to cut no more than 1 inch, maybe 2 at most. I’m fine with layers, as long as it was long layers. She completely ignored my wishes, went on a chopping spree and cut as much as 5 inches. FIVE… FIVE… FIVE!!! My hair is about as long as my shoulder blade but left me with top layers that resembles something to Moe from The Three Stooges. I was upset by the aftermath, that is my hair, and told her she cut too much. She dismissed it, said the water made it look bad(my hair was shampooed), and walked away. She was completely unapologetic and had an air of arrogance for leaving my hair a hot layered mess. The manager was nice enough to work things out with me. I paid for the eyebrow waxing job(the only thing she did right) but I didn’t pay for the haircut(I would’ve fought it with the bank anyway). However, it doesn’t change the fact that I left this place wanting to cry. I will never, for the life of me, recommend this place. In all fairness, there are other hairdressers in the salon but I don’t know their work ethic. Maybe they’re good, maybe they’re not, but if you have to go to this place stay away from the lady who cut my hair. I never got her name but she’s a Spanish(or Hispanic) lady who’s about 5’7″, reddish, wavy hair and about in her 40s or so.

Took my beautiful, sassy little 4 year old for her first haircut. Yes, first haircut. She never wants to hear the word hair cut. She wants her hair to be as long as «Repunzel». With that being said, I pulled over Diane who would be cutting her hair. I let her know that she would be «styling» it and not necessarily cutting it. Diana was so great! Instead of letting the hair fall on the floor, she quickly put the cut hair in her pocket so my daughter wouldn’t be mortified. My little one had NOIDEA. Diana did such a wonderful job and I will be bringing Adriana back.
