Pellegrini Meats

Went to a party catered by Pellegrini this past Saturday. I am on day 2 of FOOD POISONING. 20 other attendees have been infected. Crazy how a «5 star» establishment let this happen. Be aware of your food before eating it when catered by this place.

Simply the best. You won’t find a better butcher or nicer people around here! Their prices are very fair and their quality is exceptional. Give it a try and you’ll never buy meat in a supermarket again!
They also have boars head cold cuts and a great selection of prepared salads and Italian food. Love it!

Their salads are the best! Always fresh! Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Try their cranberry and walnut salad it’s incredible!

I have lived in Bellerose the majority of my life and never realized Pellegrini was there.
I needed some filet mignons for a special dinner, every where I went they were over priced small cuts or just didn’t look good at all. So I hopped on Unilocal and found Pellegrini.
They were so nice and genuinely nice! Staff was helpful and got me on my way quickly.
Definitely will be back!

This place is good. It reminds me of a place I used to go to in Valley Stream years ago. Great service. They are friendly, in a genuine way. Grass fed beef is exceptional. Cold cuts are excellent.

Stepping in here is like steeping into a time machine; you walk in and are greeted by entire family that probably has decades of experience with meat, poultry, etc. They’ll cut a piece of meat to your exact specifications, they’re quick and best of all, super friendly. Even there prepared food is out of this world; my girlfriend and I always make sure to stock up on their stuffed artichokes and stuffed bell peppers whenever we stop by. Between there prepared food, butcher area, the small produce/​dry goods section and the adjacent fish store they have you really can knock out your weekly shopping list in here and of course still stocking up on their top notch meats. My gf and I come here all the way from western Queens, since she use to have family out here. It’s a bit of a trek, but for the prices, experience and best of all; their products — it’s well worth the trip!

Prime meats indeed! For all you carnivores, who care about the quality of the meat you ingest, this is the Mecca!
Ever since I started coming here about 12 years ago, I have always received the best of service and the highest quality of meats. All of their beef is dry aged, and certified Prime. Everything from ground beef to bone in ribeye. It is very easy to drop a hundred or even more in here, only because everything is so appetizing and appealing. Not sure what you want? Just as Al or any of the other butchers in the place. They love talking about meat about as much as a Mets fan loves to complain.
