Best bagels around, and rival those other places found in any of the 5 boroughs that are always hyped up/etc. Fresh every morning, with a line out the door. The crew there keeps the line moving and everyone is taken care of. Their lox/cream cheese on sesame is the best. And their prices are reasonable. Keep up the great work guys!!!

This place has great breakfast sandwiches & they move in a timely manner even when it’s crowded. So don’t be deterred by a long line, they move through it quick! The only thing that needs work is their ice coffee. It — is — terrible. I thought it was maybe just a bad batch, went back a few weeks later & it was the same. The taste is awful, almost chemical-like. So order anything else, except the ice coffee.

Me and my friend both came here morning and got«2 eggs and bacon on a plain bagel». Within few hours of eating we both got sick. Both of us felt like puking and it was an awful feeling. Upon reading the Unilocal reviews, we realized that other people has also raised this concern. Its seems like a good establishment at a good neighborhood. I really hope the management reads this and consider into improving the quality of food.

Growing up in Brooklyn, we had myriad of stores with great bagels. Head east, or anywhere out of Brooklyn and Queens, the choices were slim to none. Enter«My Three Son’s» — fantastic bagels. Our place since we moved to LI. Actually, we get bagels here when we go back west! :) Tasty and always fresh. Highly recommended.

Rating is based on their preparation of food rather than taste. I’ve been going here every now and then since high school(for about 8 years now). Usually get their egg and cheese sandwich, which is great. I love their egg and cheese. Their bagels are also amazing. Their sweetened iced tea is awesome. I love everything about this place when it comes to taste. The reason I am giving this place a two star is because of the cross contamination between the eggs and their meat products such as bacon. Believe it or not, the general area has a lot of people of different faith. Most are forbidden to eat something such as bacon. I was not aware of this cross contamination until I actually got q piece of bacon in my egg and cheese. I am a Muslim and I can not have bacon, so I was extremely turned off by that. I wish they could keep everything separate. It’s not hard to do because they do have q fairly decent sized grill, so they simply have to split it up into two sides. One for bacon and other meats. and one for eggs and potatoes. I think it may also boost up their sales considering how many Muslims are in the general area, especially many that attend the high school. Please separate the grill and make it more friendly for vegetarians(those who aren’t super strict about having eggs) and those who are forbidden from eating bacon. If they can separate their grill and keep the eggs away from bacon, as well as the utensils they use to flip the egg, I can personally guarantee 50 regular clients instantly. There is a huge Muslim community in Valley Steam, in Elmont, and as well as Franklin Square.

Long lines, curt and discourteous people behind the counter. Not worth it at all

Best bagels ever. Why won’t they deliver to Midtown Manhattan? Soft. Huge. Perfect. I had the Everything bagel and it had the ideal ratio of toppings. I am currently 100% obsessed with these bagels and with finding them somewhere closer to my daily commute. Someone bring these bagels to midtown! Droooooooooling.

Great quick morning breakfast spot to go to. The service is pretty fast considering that long line, prices are good, the sitting area is small only like 4 – 5 little circle tables and the food was kind of burnt for the butter bagel and the bagel w bacon And cream cheese wasn’t hot or toasted ruined my breakfast

Every time I eat these bagels, they taste great but within an hour I get sick, this has happened the past 4 times, everything bagel and plain bagel. This did not happen with other bagel places…

Hands down the best bagels in NY! They are the most fresh, soft and doughy bagels you will find on Long Island and I would even say in all of New York. Always crowded on the weekends and usually has a line out the door, but it always moves quickly and it’s so worth the wait. The staff is always friendly too!

Fast service even when the line is out the door. Great food, no complaints other than they shrunk the size of their bagels about a hear ago.

Always such a fan ever since my high school years. Their potato salad is amazing and bagels are super fresh, chewy, and warm from the oven. I had to bring them in for work today and I got a dozen and a half from here(which I put on the right side) and another dozen from Manor Delicatessen(left side) I believe. I think it definitely says something if everyone comes up to me and say all the bagels from the brown bag on the right are delicious. Huge line in the morning but well worth it!

Warm, crispy bagel on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Awesome bagel. French vanilla iced coffee really good too! Got a large iced coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese for $ 5.15. Not bad– definitely worth the quality you’re getting. Their lunch specials look good too– next time!

Stopped in to see what all the 5-star reviews were about, but I left less than impressed. Yes the bagels are oversized, and people love that. But there was no weight to them. A nice crusty exterior yields an over baked interior — it’s almost as if they merely dipped them in water instead of outright boiling them, resulting in a breakfast roll instead of a true bagel. Yes, they are hand rolled on site, and it’s nice knowing they’re not trucked in from somewhere. However, I’ve had countless bagels that traveled very well and provided a truly enjoyable experience… because they were authentic, delicious and legitimate. As noted elsewhere, the staff’s attention span can be short, so you might have to micro manage your order. But the 3-star rating is all about the food here. I’d much prefer to venture off of Main Street USA to a less cozy joint that serves quality bagels, rather than endure the forgeries that are served here.

This place has excellent bagels. The salads are ok too, and they make a decent sandwich. It is small though, and being nobody really travels that far for a bagel I don’t know why I’m reviewing it but figure, what the hell. My only complaint though which I actually made a phone call to the owner about was that they reuse the same glove to serve you with, and turn it inside out and outside in after using the money. They also only use one glove, but handle all the food with both hands. I’m not a freak by any means with germs, but this just grosses me out. They charge enough money to incorporate the cost of a half of cent per customer to use a new glove every time. Definitely come in for bagels, just make sure they put on new gloves!
