I’ve ben going to Lucia for years now. She has really helped my hair become strong and manageable. Every cut and color she does is great. She also know what products you’re hair needs at the time to stay healthy and look its best.

Such a great experience. They were able to squeeze me in for highlights and a haircut the day that I called. My highlights are the best I’ve ever gotten. They are a full service salon so I got a manicure while I waited for the color to soak in. Highly recommend Antonia for color.

This salon was fabulous! The staff was warm and welcoming. The space is large and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. Coffee and beverages were offered. My color was done effortlessly, and looked amazing. My cut was superb! I’ve a new client but now to be a regular! You must go!

I asked for a root touch up. Somehow ended up with brown hair. I cried.
I feel bad because my stylist was very nice, but clearly took my hair into her own hands and got creative. I wasn’t happy with the end result.

I went here today for the first time. My experience from start to finish was amazing. Everyone that works there is so nice and friendly. I had my hair colored and cut by two different people. They both listened to what I like and don’t like and made their decisions based on that. The color is beautiful and the cut is perfect for me. I can’t wait to go back! I also thought that the pricing was reasonable. This will be my new salon!

A bit expensive. But well worth it! I am new to New York. I asked around for a good hair stylist and I got sent here. I made an appointment with Jackie. She was great! Friendly and you can tell right away she loves her job! I absolutely loved my haircut and was worth paying the extra $$. And my fiancé loved it as well!
The place is modern and very clean. Everyone is friendly as well. It’s a little hidden. But it’s behind Dunkin donuts.

Just an update, if you need to make an appointment with Frank, you’ll need to call his cell phone since he rents a chair at this salon. You can send me a message for the number. Also, he works Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he hit the nail on the head! Loving my new haircut.

I went to Jackie; she’s FANTASTIC! She really had a vision for my hair (I have a short, almost 2 inches from my shoulder cut that needed an update; my last stylist was great with color, but he kinda gave me a wullet = female mullet) and I’m a chicken. I’m completely gutless when it comes to my hair; I’m usually irrationally suicidal about 1 – 2 days after I get my hair styled. She went for more blonde, which looked really good with my skin tone because I’m kinda pale and she cut some adorable side bangs, which I had always secretly coveted but worried I would look awful in. I also got a wedge; shorter in the back, longer in the front. The whole look is very bold, but not too showy and can either be very chic or very cute depending on how I style it.
The down side is my start to finish was about 3 hours, so you must have patience if you want the magic. I was fine with it, just warning you to make sure you have an open amount of time.
Jackie is so nice and very cool and confident in a take-​charge and this-​lady-​knows-​her-​shit kind of way. She was recommended to me by a friend whose hair always looks great and I wasn’t disappointed either. Price was only $ 20 more than what I used to pay for my guy when I lived in DC and she didn’t give me a wullet.
Instead of being suicidal, I was only mildly distressed for about an hour after the huge change and that’s huge for me ;) But now I LOVE IT and I don’t want to go to anyone else.

First let me just point out that this review is strictly on a wash and blow dry — I haven’t had any other major service done here.
The wash and condition was the best I’ve had in my life! It included a scalp and neck message that had me walking out of the salon without the headache I woke up with this morning.
The blow dry was standard. Nothing special but the stylist was very friendly and did not rush the work at all. My hair was neat and pretty at the end of it although I did fuss with it on my own a bit afterwards to get it to look the way I like it to look.
