Not the best burger I’ve ever had. Not the worst. Potato fries were good and service was fast and friendly. I mean I don’t have anything really bad to say yet I don’t have much good to say either. Normal burger spot.

I thought I was in heaven when I asked for medium and the kid taking my order said, «Is pink okay?» I had the Brunch Burger with a side of fries and a vanilla milkshake. A little pricy but totally worth it for a burger made to perfection. I have a love for eat in restaurants that get me in and out within my break time. Better than five guys and shake shack.

I was excited to try this place despite my disappointment from Bobby Flay’s first restaurant because how hard can it to be serve a mediocre burger??? Well, got the Philly burger and was not blown away at all. The meat was dry(even though I asked for medium) and season-less. Thank goodness for the hot peppers to keep that spice lingering around a boring burger. The fries were alright as well but the chipotle ketchup was a great condiment for them. Overall, you’re not missing out if you never try this place.

Always heard of this place being awesome and of course I’ve seen it on food network a ton of times. I finally tried it out and the burgers are amazing! They give you the right portion of food to leave you full but not so full that you can’t even move. Must try!

Despite being told often that age brings wisdom there are still some things I don’t get: Doris Day??? Johnny Depp??? Taylor Swift… and why humanity needs a burger priced between a fast food burger and a pub burger? On 5/5, starving and craving a burger I dined at Bobby’s Burger Palace. I liked the décor. The curvy counters are cool. You order and pay at a cashier station. The cashier took my order politely and it only took a few minutes for my order, a Palace Burger(American Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato) to arrive medium as requested. I also ordered a Vanilla Malted. The burger was OK, not great, and nothing you could not make at home. The Malted tasted more like malted powder than ice cream. Like the old Doobie Brothers song first recorded by The Byrds… Bobby is just alright, oh yeah!!!

Overall, I’d say it was a fairly satisfactory experience but nothing spectacular beyond that. A Thursday night wasn’t very busy nor crowded so seating was plentiful and service was prompt; all of the staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I ordered a Brunch Burger Crunchified(with chips) cooked medium which comes with bacon and a fried egg. Overall, I thought it was a good and simple burger but questionably worth $ 9. The burger was cooked a little more well than I was hoping for medium but that’s a minor detail. I had an Undecided order of regular and sweet potato fries and these as well were good but also nothing beyond fair; they weren’t bad in the least, but they weren’t mind-blowing or must-have’s either. My friend had ordered a Dallas burger cooked medium rare and unfortunately his was overcooked as well — even more well than mine had been. He too also felt the food was rather standard. Taking everything into account, it was a nice experience to try the burgers here once but once seems to be enough for me.

Came on a Saturday night. The place is small and pretty packed when we got there. Burgers and fries are decent, nothing to go crazy over. Service was good, and the employees were really nice! The sweet potato fries with the honey mustard dip is really good! I definitely recommend you order those if you come here! Nothing that really stands out, but this is a good place to come for a quick bite! Overall, I would come back.

I don’t usually go out for burgers, but my dear boyfriend recommended it so I decided to give it a try. Plus, I’m a big fan of Bobby Flay(I’ve attended tapings of his show«Beat Bobby Flay») Anywho, as soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a big menu on the wall with all the burger options and other stuff such as milkshakes. I ordered the«Bobby Blue» which includes bacon, blue cheese, lettuce and tomato. You also have the option to add a «crunch,» which are potato chips added on top of the burger.(Of course I had to say yes) My boyfriend ordered the«L.A. Burger» which includes avacado, relish, watercress, cheddar cheese and tomato. On the side we ordered fries and onion rings. I really enjoyed my burger, I felt like the blue cheese and chips definitely add to it, but you can just taste how fresh everything is. Wonderful interior as well, very ambience is very chillax. Great for a place to eat lunch with friends, family or significant other!

Awesome, love this place. Had the Bobby Bleu Burger, split an undecided with my brother(french fries and onion rings), and had a mocha bourbon shake. Everything was great, from the relatively quick service to the price. They ask for your preferred meat temperature when ordering, and my medium rare was dead on. Make sure to get crunchified, chips on top of the burger. They serve beer, wine, and hard shakes, as well as an assortment of soft drinks. Counter style seating is pretty cool too. They also have salads and other items for non-burger enthusiasts. Pretty much good for any occasion, including bringing kids or even a date night. Will be coming back soon!

I used to come here all the time when this place first opened and it won my heart by providing me the option to add potato chips to any of my burgers. It’s also pretty reasonably priced for a delicious burger and they have a reward card program for frequent shoppers like myself. Their menu has something for everyone and can satisfy any kind of craving. Their alcoholic milkshakes are incredible. You don’t get stuck tipping like wait service, but do get to sit down and wait for your food to arrive without standing in an annoying line of people. It makes the experience much better, especially if you are there with someone. The seating is okay. Sometimes it’s hard to get seating if you are with a bunch of friends due to the long family-style tables, but depending on the time of day, it’s usually fine. Pretty prime location with access inside and outside of the mall.

This place is great if you are looking for a fast food/restaurant type of ambiance. They offer really good burgers at an affordable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is so convenient right at the mall. Must stop by if you are looking to grab something quick to eat.

As my son and I headed out of the mall… we stumbled across this place. We browsed the menu from outside the establishment and made the decision to try it out. There are three different choices for your liking… Angus beef, turkey or chicken. My son and I both decided on the same burger which was the Crunchburger. The burger came with beef, American cheese and potato chips which it was why it’s called Crunchburger. I rarely eat burgers without ketchup but this time I exuded to skip it because of the chips on the burger. I was pleasantly pleased with my burger. There are several choices for side orders and if you are unsure which to choose, then you can order the undecided side order which is your choice of two sides for $ 4.50 which is really good. Another plus to this dining experience was that we had ordered lemonades and that meant that we were entitled to free refills… AWESOME! The décor is very nice and it is a very clean restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some gentleman… I’m assuming that he was the manager came over to our table to see if all was well which I enjoyed. I will definitely be visiting this place soon.

I love burgers. If burgers were even a tad healthy i would eat more. between chicken patties, turkey patties and beef patties, i am eating 3 a week. I love burgers. I think i qualify as an expert. I love Bobby Fley. He is a personal hero of mine and inspired me to cook. His Bar American is my favorite upscale hit up in NYC. With that said, i can only give this place 3 stars. 1st, it loses a point for being ala carte and this makes things way too pricey for what amounts to being a semi-fast food place. Nobody wants to spend $ 15 on a hamburger with fries and a drink, sorry to say. The burgers themselves are OK. but, nothing to write home about. I do find the onion rings very good. The service is a plus and I have never had to wait too long for a meal. Would I come here again? yes. But, if i am not being rushed and if i have my kids with me i would go accross the street to Red Robbin

I was in the area and was in the mood for a burger and fries. I checked my Unilocal bookmarks and saw this place. It took me a while to find it since Roosevelt Mall isn’t a place I frequent often. I arrived in the afternoon(maybe 2PMish) and it was fairly crowded. I saw a lot of mall employees feasting on lunch. I love the cute décor of the burger joint. It was really a chic, hip and comfortable spot. I ordered the«Crunch burger» which was a double cheeseburger with potato chips on top of the burger with an order of sweet potato fries. Both items were delicious and the burger reminded me of Shake Shack’s burger. I ordered a regular soda since they were refillable. LOL The staff were very pleasant and professional. While I sat and ate my meal I observed different staff going to the tables checking in with customers. I also enjoyed the setup of ordering your purchase and then sitting down and staff brings your meal. It avoids the clutter in the front of people waiting for their items. I saw quite a few people with these cute pink little drinks and I regretted not buying that«Cactus pear margarita.» I’ll definitely return here to try out some other menu items and sit and enjoy my meal just like I did the first time.

Great burgers. It’s a really great spot for burger connoisseurs on a slight budget. The prices are doable, the burgers are delicious and the sweet potatoes fries are to die for. I love that it’s right at the mall so I can grab good food when I’m going in or coming back out. A must try for everyone.

This place is amazing. It’s just something about it. I love love love the whole concept of how they deliver service. Burgers are on point. I’m the biggest on customer service so this place would be perfect for anyone who feels the same way. Didn’t give it 5 stars because of the prices. I spent 26 dollars on two burgers and fries. Kind of insane. There should be fries with every burger for that price even if it means giving just a couple of fries just so it won’t seem like you paid a shit load of money. Once again, AMAZING place. Love it!!! I had to add this because it was on my heart. I didn’t like the manager on duty today for a simple reason. He didn’t treat the staff with respect. These people have families to feed and bills to pay just like you. In my opinion they did a great job in the hot kitchen making food for customers. Mind you the ac wasn’t working there today. If you want it rushed so bad then you get back there and do it. Problem solved

Bobby Flay, you did well! Burger Palace is an awesome name to start with. I love the overall Interior design here. Olive green leather swivel diner seating, counters from the 60s. I enjoyed every element here. I love the organization here. This reminded me of Smash burger but revamped. The Menu was enormous with a wide variety of Burgers. I had had a hard time deciding which burger to choose. The friendly Cashier suggested the LA burger with fresh avocado and water cress. I paired that with a Prickly Pear frozen Margarita and sweet potato fries. For my daughter I ordered the Grilled cheese kids meal for $ 6.50. The prices here are very budget friendly. An $ 8 frozen Margarita!!! They were very generous with the tequila. Food Is brought out to you once you have found your seat. Seating is shared with others on a long diner style counter top table. The wait staff is very attentive. This is a great place for a quick bite with family or friends. The LA burger was fresh and delicious. Cooked to perfection. Char broiled taste. Pillow soft sesame bun. The sweet potato fries were hand cut and perfection with the Honey Mustard Spicy dipping sauce. A must try! I really enjoyed my Margarita. Every last sip. Perfect portion size for me not to get wasted. ILLBEBACKBOBBY!
