Took my daughter to get her first waxing and Mo was awesome. She not only did a great job on her brows but she was patient dealing with my nervous daughter.

Mo was absolutely AMAZING. She took the time to explain everything to me step by step as my eyebrows were at hot mess due to previous people messing them up. She is such a lovely person with a spunky attitude. Lifetime customer to the Benefit Brow Bar, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Walked by the counter which was completely empty to inquire about the brow bar and book an appointment. A salesgirl got Moe who came up to me was completely silent and just stared at me with not even a hello… Basically annoyed that I was there. I explained what my concerns were for my unruly brows and still. radio silence as if I was speaking a different language. Finally I asked if I can make an appointment. Now she actually Spoke, well barked the hours. I made an appointment for the next day .she wrote it down And walked away. Again not even a word. I hung around and asked if she was free now(since Macy’s was completely empty) and she held up her appointment book and said absolutely not. And walked away. Bottom line is that I’d rather have bushy eyebrows than be talked to like I’m a complete moron for absolutely no reason.

I went to the Brow Bra w/a pic of Halle Berry hoping that I could get her gorgeous eyebrows. Mo was my aesthetician and she NAILED it! She’s a PERFECTIONIST and absolutely sweet to boot! I can’t believe the Brow Bar’s so close to home. And I was gonna go into the city to get my brows done. Forget that! Thank you, UnilocalERS, for steering me in the right direction!

I love benefit brow bars, but this location is truly a step above the rest. What makes this location so exceptional is their brow guru, Moe. She’s amazing at what she does and shapes them to perfection. No rush here, she takes her time and does what she does well! The price is also reasonable, $ 20 for perfection? I’ll take it! I recommend making an appointment, as she does get booked fairly quickly. You might get lucky walking in if she doesn’t have an appointment. Highly recommend this location, one of the best benefit brow bars I’ve been to! P. S. For those who remember that awkward location that the benefit brow bar used to be in right by the escalator is no more! It’s now a more private setting set back from where it used to be. Love it!

If you’re looking to get awesome brows shaped to YOUR face, this is the place to go! I love Mo!!! She took me into brow rehab and now I can’t go a month without getting them done! She’s gentle, VERY clean– never dips anything twice and will makes you feel even more beautiful than when you walked in! Mo has a great personality and skills when it comes to waxing brows(and lip!) Try to make an appointment ahead of time because she does fill up fast.

I’m so skeptical on who does my eyebrows!!! My eyebrow lady recently moved to Atlanta and I’ve been in search since. Even though they only had one review something about that long review made me go. She was so detailed and it was exactly what was going through exactly what I was looking for. Can’t express just how happy and satisfied I am!!! Mo is truly amazing from start to finish!!!

If you’ve read any of my reviews or know me I am a complete NUT when it comes it eyebrows. I’ve had too many experiences where I’ve left with half an eyebrow… two different eyebrows… too thin of eyebrows… to not be crazy about who does them and how they’re doing them. When my eyebrow lady retired I almost died. Literally, DIED. I felt like a close relative had passed on, it was awful but I knew I just couldn’t do them myself so I had to buck up after a month of not having my eyebrows done and go somewhere. I researched and researched and really couldn’t find reviews I was happy about — then I found something about the Benefit Brow Bar. And to tell you the truth, I scoped a few out before I went to this one(as in I completely creeped around a few Ultas to see what the people who were doing eyebrows looked like and what the eyebrows they were turning out looked like …(is that completely weird? I don’t care!!)). So finally I decided to man up and sit down at the Benefit counter in Macy’s. The woman Mo was super nice but not overly aggressive like many at the makeup counters. The difference with benefit is that they actually map out where your eyebrow should start, arch, and end i.e.; they don’t go all willy nilly and put wax anywhere AND they show you the mapping before they wax, this made be feel soooooo much more comfortable. You are also waxed sitting up which I always feel better about because I feel like your face is just not the same laying down, who doesn’t look like Jaba the Hut when they lay down? Seriously. Okay so let’s move on, now once they finish waxing they show you your brows AND fill them in either with Brow Zings or Gimme Brow and then even highlight your brow. Mo always makes me feel great by the time I leave there because a) My brows look phenomenal and b) I am not all red and blotchy walking around the mall. The only thing I don’t really care for is that people sit there and watch you get your eyebrows waxed which at first bothered me but now I don’t really care, you end up getting over it so you can have perfect brows. They always have great new products they’re willing to show you too, and do lashes! Who knew! So in conclusion, I LOVEEEEE the Benefit Brow Bar at Roosevelt Field Mall. If you are an eyebrow fanatic like myself I suggest that you go see Mo you totally won’t ever go back anywhere else! For $ 20 it’s worth it. Go get your benefit brows!
