McDonald’s

Just as I thought, nobody contacted me. Guess I will go a step higher now. I have been going to McDonalds for almost 40 years. Not again!!! I am sick of the horrible customer service!!!

Wanted to get something quick before reporting for jury duty. The Galveston County Justice Center is less than a mile away. I had 30 minutes to spare. I drove straight up to the speaker and ordered. 15 minutes later, I WAS STILL IN LINE. This has to be the slowest drive-​thru ever. After I got my food, I hustled over to the GCJC and literally ate my chicken sandwich in 2 minutes. I can’t even tell you how it tasted. I made it to court in time with about 2 minutes to spare. Did I mention that I started with 30 minutes to spare? I won’t be stopping here again if I’m in a hurry. Oh, one more thing… once you’re in line, you’re stuck. Due to a fence barrier and a substantial drop-​off, once your in line, you’re not leaving.

Have been in this drive through line for ten minutes. Hope the food is good eventually

Being able to get a meal for a few bucks is always a winner, but overall the food is nothing special. It’s a McDonald’s we’ve all been to one before. The place was clean and the service was friendly. A-​Ok!

I call this place the homeless McDonalds. On cold days you cannot even sit down because all the homeless folks come inside and hang out. Other than this it is just a typical McDonalds with food that makes you burp, pass gas and gain weight. Nothing against it as I enjoy a Big Mac every now and then and you cannot beat the fries. i just wish the management would do a better job of keep the place clean and pushing out non paying customers.

The Galveston McDonald’s have a new supervisor who is working very hard trying to change things. He sees and knows the issues. Things won’t change over night but they will change.

What can you say about this Golden Arches that has not been said about Mickey D’s before? Still the same taste from one franchise to the next. Service is normally pretty speedy with the assembly line approach to food preparation. Staff is normally pretty friendly. This location did not try to ensure that they had any special remembrance from the customer. Cookie cutter model at its best.
