I wish there was a thumbs down! DONOTGOTOTHISSHOP! Family of 5 went in to get tshirts and some souvenirs. The guy inside met us at the door and started to help my daughter and I with tshirts while my sister walked around with my nephew and other daughter. He followed her around. Like, followed her. Watching her and my nephew’s every move. He’s 12 and 6’2 and mixed and it felt like the gentleman didn’t trust them. When I met up with her after walking around and not finding a tshirt we liked, she mentioned to me that the man was following her around. He then butted in our conversation and asked us to leave. He stated he knew what she was doing there.(TRYINGTOSPENDOURVACATIONMONEY). DONOT waste your money. There Are too many friendly and appreciative businesses to spend your money for tshirts and magnets or souvenirs. I’ve never felt so stereotyped and disrespected and he wasn’t even talking to me, personally. I feel sorry for people who live their lives this way. I hope others NEVER have to feel the shame and disrespect my family did when we walked in to this shop. Makes me sick to my stomach.

Horrible service. Signs all say one price, they charged another. When i mentioned it the lady went & picked up a sign on the other a side of the store with a handwritting in the corner stating a different price. I told her that wasnt the rack i got my item from. She wouldnt budge. Just kept saying she doesnt own the place but wouldnt give me the owners name. Then she asked if id paid for what i was wearing? I walked in it, how could i have got it there. Again, horrible service.

NEVER go here — 0 stars — terrible! DONOTGIVETHESEPEOPLEYOURMONEY! False advertising on business door(the store does not accept AmericanExpress — but the gas pump does), horrible customer service, bathroom broken, overpriced — and top it off my experience, went in asked if they took AmEx(the sticker on the door said yes) the lady at the counter said no in a heavy Spanish accent, I asked why did the business door say yes and she replied for gas only, all I came in for was plastic spoons(overpriced) for beach picnic — but after seeing that the bathroom was out of order too I was very unimpressed and decided to go to Krogers instead. So I put back the spoons and went out to my car. I was inside my car and about to leave when a different Spanish woman who was also working in the store walks up to my window — I rolled it down and she tells me the woman(from behind the counter) wanted her to check my purse — WHATTHEHELL? First since I have worked retail I could understand that if I was inside but not in my car, two you don’t send employees to strangers cars to do that — it is dangerous. I showed her I had nothing in my purse and then told her exactly how I felt about her management. Needless to say I will never go to another Dolphin World store — they need to train their employees and take customer service classes.
