Ultimate Nails

Have been here several times. Usually great service, decent nail designs. Today, on the other hand: Nice pedi, But wasn’t the deluxe I requested. Shoddy, at best, gel paint job. I expressed unhappiness with big toe design. but they just shrugged it off and began talking and laughing in some other language. Awkward. My toe sort of looks like my 12 year old painted on it with white out. Then, to top it all off, they totally jacked up the price at the last minute! I was shocked when he said 30, no 50. then after some more discussion and laughs in a foreign language, he finally stopped at $ 60, but couldn’t explain to me why. Have never had to pay that much, and always get the exact same thing, except no deluxe today. I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken advantage of. Will never come back for that reason.
