If I could give this location no stars I would. I am a lover of Torrid and shop frequently, however this location needs more training from management to associates. I have visited many times because it is the only one close by. Luckily with my recent move and the opening of the Tysons location I never have to visit here again. The lack of customer service is evident from both management and associates. No one goes above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy, they don’t even do the bare minimum. I’m glad this store is no longer on my radar

It’s a beautiful store but don’t go in expecting an experience. I visit this location frequently and the lack of customer service is baffling. No one ever greets you, you have to hunt someone down for a fitting room and they all seem way too preoccupied with their own lives to care that a customer is in the store at all. It’s bazar. I’ve started going to the Arundel Mills store instead.

Ordered online. Had items sent to this location. Arrive at store, 7 days after receiving email stating that your package is waiting for you. Told by management my package is not in the store and Torrid doesn’t know where my package may be. I sent an email to customer service right after(no reply). Not one apology from management or online ordering customer service. I’ve never had this issue with any other establishments. I will be returning the items and will never shop here again. They should have at least been apologetic for the massive inconvenience.
