taking forever to get our food delivered. the server was nice. i know its not his fault. but i hate waiting for an hour for our food.

I haven’t walked out of a restaurant since the 90’s so the restaurant experience has to be pretty bad, and boy was it ever. So, we tried to have a family outing for my son’s 3 year birthday and it ended up as the kids getting served after 65 minutes of waiting(we put in their order first of course and told them to bring them as soon as they were ready) and ended up with us walking out after 80 minutes of waiting. I brought my son to the bathroom to wash hands 30 minutes in and people who were seated when we were going to the bathroom received their food well before we walked out. So, I don’t know if the kitchen is a complete disaster but our server was obviously clueless as she even brought the cake with candles on it after we told them to box up the orders and forget bringing us the food as the kids were having breakdowns. Unfortunately this experience may have me boycotting Red Lobster forever. On the plus side, it’ll be an experience I won’t soon forget. If you have more than two or three people, don’t go, just don’t. And certainly don’t bring the whole family.

Not bad. After all it is a chain restaurant. I got the steak and lobster tail which was surprisingly very good. We sat at the bar and the bartender Jose was great! However, the other staff was very lazy and most of the tables in the dining room were left dirty for 20 – 30 minutes.

Now I will start off saying I have never like Red Lobster for anything but their bead and I really think the food is bland and just a slap in the face to real seafood lovers. Well… I still feel that way. The food was just ok and the service there sucked! It took our server Nancy too long to bring out the bread and she never even told us like she told the people behind us that they were mating more in the oven I just happened to over hear her talking to them. She barely checked on us and I always had to ask her to refill my water glass There was some idiot guy sitting behind us who kept whistling… obviously trailer park because people with home trialing know you never sing or whistle at the table. The only time you should sing at the table is to sing the Happy Birthday song… and when I asked Nancy to bring out the manager to ask them to stop the manager never came over or she dint say anything to the manager. The food like I said was just ok. They could have done better for $ 23 worth of salmon. Never again I could have paid that for a slab of salmon at Costco and still be eating off of that. I had no expectation for Red Lobster but you can bet I will never EVER walk foot in another one. And who am I one customer but trust me people will read this and contemplate on whether they should be going.

Yes the service is slow. but the beer is decently priced and the scallops were well prepared abeit a smallish portion and size… the steak was a bit over done i wanted medium rare and half was right the other medium. Not really the line cooks fault i blame the butchers irregular cuttings. It was definitely thinner at the tip of the strip than at the top, so makes it difficult to cook it correctly. Sides were great(loaded baked and broccoli). All in all not as shitty of an experience as some of the reviews tout. Try it.

My brother wanted to come here for his birthday dinner and we had Stephanie/Stephany as our server. She was WONDERFUL!!! Very friendly, efficient, and she was right on top of our table. My whole family liked her. She even told us funny jokes. and she’s from Kentucky like my mom, and brother. THANKYOU for the GREATOUTSTANDING service Stephanie/Stephany(sorry I’m not sure how you spell your name). Your service was better than the food itself. 0:-D

We were seated at 2:20pm, server did not come to our table until 2:38pm, there were no utensils on the table, salads were served but we couldn’t eat them because of the lack of utensils. Food was served at 3:10 and it was ordered wrong. Ask for boxes and the bill and left the restaurant a few minutes later. Worse service ever, I asked for the manager at the front and waited 10 minutes but manager never showed up, go figure. Great job Red Lobster.

Love this place! Miss it so much! Their app — Caesar salad is to die for. I eat all of it, literally licking the bowl. Sad part is I’m not full for my meal, and am not able to enjoy my meal. I would happily just eat te Caesar salad and go home. AND I DONTEVENLIKESALAD

Very disappointed so far. Been over 40 minutes since we’ve ordered and the food still hasn’t arrived. Took 30 minutes for a ginger ale and a glass of wine to reach us from ordering. Yes we are a party larger than five on a Saturday evening. However, you’d think that there would be quality, efficient service. How unorganized and forgetful can one be? The breads weren’t completely baked. My guests lemonade a became watered down the more they ordered refills. If I didn’t have a group here I would walk out right now. Hopefully the food will be worth it when or IF it arrives. But I’ll just grin and bear it. Note to self: try not to come here. Want seafood? Go somewhere else. 8:01 update. Food finally arrived after ordering an hour or more ago. Our food orders were also wrong and it looks like our waiter is serving our party by himself. So inefficient. I had to get up and walk to find another waiter and request someone to clean off our table. How embarrassing. Update: 8:34 Done. Food was average which doesn’t improve the situation. We definitively plan on NOT returning.

Food was good quality, and arrived as ordered in a reasonable amount of time. Server was kind. Typical fare as expected. Coconut shrimp were cooked to perfection. Cheddar biscuits arrived warm and steamy. Enjoyed the lobster bisque. Not too loud an environment.

I came for the busicuits and they were great! I also had the lobster pizza which was decent. I wouldnt go here for the best seafood since I live so close to the harbor but the food was alright.

Only gets 2 stars because lunch menu is cheap. Food is adequate for this price. Place is dirty, dirty, dirty. Table wasn’t wiped. Our takeout box was dirty. Our waiter was nice enough though.

What an awful experience!!! Red Lobster has fallen off in every way. Terrible service horrendous food and just an overall awful experience!!! Even the infamous biscuits aren’t the same. Save your money and cook yourself.

Never try to order take out. They just ask you to hold on and never get back. I have tried several times and they all said the same thing. Also tried their limitless shrimp once, the server was not very attentive and the speed was slow. Their food is good but the whole service makes me ponder whether to go there again.

Got here and asked the hostess about the happy hour specials and if we could just go to the bar. So we het tp yge bar amd Shelton the nice bartender, is looking puzzled when we ask what the happy hour specials are. So in the communication breakdown, there is NO Longer a hsppy hour at this location. Sigh… and then we got dirty plates for our yummy and warm cheddar bisquits.. fat girl moment.

Our server Sean was a pleasure to have. He was very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond any other waiter/waitress we have had at this location. We often stop by here for quick lunches and dinners in part due to their biscuits and the fact that it is a couple minutes away from home. On this visit, I had the lobster tacos and my fiancé had the«you pick 2 shrimp» entrée. Both came with a Cesar salad.

We drove from Silver Spring hoping this location would be better. It is! Dimitri is a very attentive server, knows his menu and had no problem answering all of our questions. We had Admirals feast, Ultimate feast, Lobster bake, soup and salads. Everything’s great, hot and tasty. I will be back!
