They are NOT open 24 hours. They have an answering service that will give your message to the office that opens at 6:00 am. Except the office isn’t really open at 6:00 am, it’s just another person who takes your message and will send it to the office when they REALLY open at 8:00 am. I ended up calling them several times. When the guy finally did come out he basically told me my house smelled like cockroaches (?) and tried to sell me a series of treatments. I live in an older apartment building, Yes, I have cockroaches, but so does everyone in the building: The little buggers move along the pipes and wiring between the units like they’re on a highway. He even acknowledged this was happening, but still tried to sell me the package. Besides, that’s not what I contacted them about. So, no, I’m not going to spend $ 125 a month on a fruitless quest to personally rid a 3-​story building of cockroaches and I’m never calling them, again.
