Very Disrespectful!!! I visited the website and reviewed the videos and was impressed by the appearance of the site alone. I called and was contacted by Jim. Being a first time home buyer and having shopped around with different Mold Inspectors I had quite a few questions. Jim kept me on the phone for almost an hour to the point where he had lost my attention selling, explaining, bragging and comparing his work to other companies but I still wanted to do business. I had one last question to ask and upon asking the question Jim began laughing at me in a very condescending manner. I explained to Jim that this was my first time buying a home and that I clearly did not have the knowledge he did but it was unnecessary to be belittling by laughing at a customer who is not familiar with the business and that is also a potential client. Jim responded by saying «well then we probably wouldn’t work out and I’m sure you couldn’t afford me anyway» and then hung up on me. I was so appalled and taken back by this measure of unprofessionalism after he had spent almost an hour of both our times trying to gain me as a customer. Out of all the companies/​contractors I have spoken with this was the most distasteful, disrespectful, and insulting, not to mention the discriminatory comment that was shared with me. I am a military veteran and displayed respectfulness the entire phone conversation, even addressing him as Sir – which he did not like. I truly would not recommend Jim, as a representative of this company or to anyone searching for service. It is unfortunate to have people like this that work for your business because they directly affect your image as a whole. I pray no one else has this encounter as I was not deserving of it, nor is the richest or poorest of anyone in our society. Shame on Jim… Shocked!!!
