Hawkins floor did a good job on repairs and installation, but the administrative people in the office don’t answer e-​mail inquiries half the time. My repairs took too long to get done. In addition, the owner told me originally that a scratch could be repaired and based on that I settled with the company that made the scratch for a few hundred dollars. But when they came and tried to repair the scratch, they only repaired in partially. I had to threaten to sue them in order to get them to respond to me about an insurance matter. I would recommend to the company head to hire someone else in the office who is more responsive to e-​mail and communicates better.
