I originally started coming here when I got vision insurance; I’ve now been here for 2 annual check-​ups, one in the summer of 2015 and one a few weeks ago. Dr. Chow is really friendly and engages you during the examination to set you at ease. The last time I went, I was impressed that she seemed to remember a lot of the stuff that I talked about at my appointment the year before. Everyone is so friendly and efficient, and I love the location. My contacts are usually ready for pick-​up just a few days after the appointment. It’s easy to make an appointment by phone, and the office calls you the day before to confirm the appointment. I would definitely recommend Crystal Eyes.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chow for over 10 yrs now and am absolutely satisfied with the service. She carefully listens to her patients and makes sure that you are completely satisfied with your new contacts or glasses. She is like family now, so I always look forward to catching up with her on my annual visits. I would highly recommend visiting this practice.
