Burger King

This is a typical Burger King. The décor and amenities displays that this franchise owner spared little to no expense on decorating. Yes there are big flat screens, a play place, sports memorabilia and a mini waterfall. I have not used the drive through as the inside is pretty neat. Typical BK food. IMO it tasted pretty good.

Every time I go to the drive-​through they forget something. Every time I go inside it’s always chaotic dirty and their customer service is awful. I no longer visit this location I like Burger King but this franchise owner needs to get his act together in my opinion. Go down the street to checkers.

This BK is great! The service provided by the staff was excellent! BP and I came in on Friday night (9÷18÷2015, National Burger Day!) and found the restaurant to have patrons enjoying the clean and inviting atmosphere, children running around (not annoying as you would think, more like they were having fun), and no line to order!
They updated the menu display from my last visit. The menu is now shown on Samsung flat screens and has cool graphics such as the realistic, moving flames surrounding the spicy chicken fingers :)
Our cashier was a bit uninformed on the current promotions (2 mix and match sandwiches for $ 5), but she was more than willing to ask a co-​worker for confirmation on the deal rather than not honoring it, which was nice.
The fries at BK are amazing! They were fresh, crisp, and not at all greasy. We also tried the red velvet Oreo shake. It was creamy, extremely sweet, but worth a try. It dyes your tongue (and anything else it comes in contact with) a very bright red!
Also, the spicy chicken fries are actually spicy! I am happy I got to try them, they come 9/​order and are very addictive.

I know fast food right? The fast food restaurant needs to change… and fast. … I think that is happening now. Do big deal but 10 mins to wait for food… and the Employee seem not to care… and the Management seems to be worse here… food ok… here for a Happy meal with my son… won’t be back.

Drive through staff seemed kind of flustered and actually handed me the wrong order when I got there. Ended up getting 4 sundaes and they handed me burgers and fries instead. Glad I looked before leaving.

Folks listen up, it’s a fast food place… if you show up between 1100 and 1, it’s gonna be crowded! This is in a busy area and it’s a popular choice.
At least the food is hot and fresh during a lunch rush. The dining area is unique. They offer a play area and seating for the little guys with parents, a separate dining area for those who enjoy TV while you eat and an area away from everyone in case you need to have a working lunch.
The best part is the iced tea. They usually have big, glass dispensers filled with flavored tea. Passion fruit, mango… etc These are delicious! (Pic in photos)

I placed an order and got a confirmation. My credit card was charged for my order and it never arrived. It took 1 month for the money to be refunded. Terrible customer service!

Food was soggy. Bathroom was filthy. People preparing food were just in ponytails without hairnets. And playground was so dirty and dusty. Im surprised they are not being checked by health/​food department.
