Very knowledegable and helpful staff and owners. These people have trouble shooted my pool so many times, and always came out with the right fix at a good price. Besides where else can you get your water tested with test tubes and titration?

I feel like a big dork writing a review for a damn pool supply store. But since I spend about half my life here, it seems only appropriate. I also feel guilty for shopping corporate, but I haven’t found a good independent pool supply shop that has what I need. And now I’m sucked in to the P-​A-​P world.
Anyhow, I recently encountered a big problem with a stain all over my pool. When it went awry after fixing it with Pinch A Penny’s products, I was pretty pissed. I wrote to corporate HQ, and they were quick to resolve it with the local store I shop at, and the folks there are working with my to fix the problem at no further cost to me. That’s gool olé fashioned great customer service. Cheers for that. The staff is all pretty knowledgable, very helpful, nice and fun. Prices are high on many products, but for the basic pool maintenance stuff they are actually better prices than elsewhere.
