Worst mcdonalds ever. They got my order wrong, then I handed it back and then they gave it back to me wrong again. Also the service was slow.

4 stars for a fast and quality McDonald’s.
This location is inside of a gas station, but it’s a clean and nice gas station. It also has a drive thru and has easy access to the freeway.
The people have been consistently friendly. The drive thru also moves at a decent pace. I usually get breakfast sandwiches here (Egg White Delight FTW!) and they are always made correctly.
Overall, this is a clean and thoroughly satisfactory stop.

This used to be the best Mickey D’s EVAH, but I can’t figure out what happened. It used to be fast, accurate and hot, and now it’s all disappeared.

Crazy fast drive through i stop here quite often for breakfast and even when the drive through line wraps around the building these people get you back on the road.
The parking lot is still a pain to get in and out of so if you’re pulling a trailer skip it.

We just went through the drive thru at this McDonald’s and we had a crazy order with a lot of special requests (no mustard, just cheese…). They got everything spot on! Plus it was quick and fresh. I will definitely stop the next time I’m in town!

If I could leave less than one star I would. I don’t know why I continue to give this location chances. Every time they either take forever on the food, give poor customer service, have dirty facilities, get my order wrong, or all of the above. Today was no different. Fries were ice cold, ketchup was out, waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes while no less than 6 workers scurried around doing nothing trying to act like they didn’t see me. Then a lady says «oh she’ll help you in a minute» while eye rolling as if to say the other lady is too slow. How about you help me instead, lady? All I wanted was some fricking ketchup since your dispensers were out. Stupid! Don’t even try it. For real just don’t. Drive another exit or two. Worst McDs in Gainesville BAR NONE!

this is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to, all the employees are so rude, they look at you ugly when you ask for ketchup and they always ask what you ordered when you get to the second window? why don’t you know this? you have a screen right in front of you! also the fries are never fresh and the tea isn’t always good.

This place was hardly crowded, a whopping three customers in there. I ordered a fry and apple pie (hey this is a judgement free zone, right?) while my husband waited in the car. I figured I would be in and out in 5 minutes but after 8 minutes my phone rang. My impatient husband had grown tired of the wait. I asked what was taking so long and the employee asked me «what did you order again». After I repeated my order she said we are about to throw some fries in so it will be about 5 more minutes. I told the kid next to me he could just keep my order (it was worth the happy look on his face) and I left. So yeah I got to eat a day old banana for my snack instead… guess it was the Weight Watchers angel looking out for my better interest! LOL

It’s McDonald’s. 1 star on principle.
Plus 1.5 stars for this and the Hunter’s Crossing McD’s being the only ones in town where your meal is more likely than not to still be hot by the time you get in your car.
Plus .5 stars for the employees of this particular restaurant having some control over both their jaws and eyes so that they don’t just stare at you unnervingly as you ask them to handle your food.
Minus 1 star for distance.
So, 2 stars.
