I’ve been coming here for the 2 years that I’ve been in Gainesville. Their customer service is absolutely remarkable! They always check to make sure they do not do anything that you do not want done to your car, they explain problems well to someone like me who doesn’t know anything about cars, and they do everything in their power to make you a happy customer.
In one case where they were able to resolve the issue in their garage, the problem occurred a week later after I had picked it up. They went back to check-​up on the problem, fixed a minor secondary issue that was causing it again and they didn’t charge me for the repair. Also, the management always tries to knock-​down the price from what the Good Year company typically charges and this is a relief on the wallet.
I’ve been to other repair shops and they’re typically business oriented. However, this Goodyear center is so friendly and they’ll do all the tests they can on your car to ensure that your car leaves their garage working. I trust them with my car and will continue coming back!
