Arrived on time. Finished in a timely manner. However, it was a rainy day and my carpets did not dry in the time I was told by the person on the phone who sold me the service. I was told the moisture would be squeezed out and that would allow a quicker dry time. I paid extra for this and 4 hrs later my carpet is still damp! They had to leave portable dryers here to dry the tile floors. Everything looks good but having my carpets cleaned is still not something I will look forward to in the future. It is a big inconvenience!

I was in Florida for only a few days to help my daughter get her condo ready to put on the market. One of my numerous chores was to get the carpets cleaned while I was there. I had no problems getting the cleaning scheduled for the day and time I needed. I appreciated the follow-​up reminder phone call to confirm the day and time. They arrived on time and were very professional in every step of the process. I was very pleased with how nicely the carpet looked after the cleaning and they were not super soaked, like some steam cleaners can be. The carpets dried in just a few hours. And the price was very reasonable! I was impressed with the whole process from start to finish and would definitely hire them again.

Upstanding service. The technician went above and beyond my expectations for moving a few boxes I had forgotten to have my boyfriend lift before he has left for the day. All of the area that was quoted for cleaning was vacuumed and cleaned.
The technician was polite, prompt, and thorough.
I’ll never use another carpet cleaning company! Dreyer’s is the best in town.

Mad props for DRYER’S RESTORATION.
Found a bad leak in our downstairs bathroom Friday at about 3pm… water in the walls, mold, the whole shebang. After calling several other companies with little luck, DRYER’S had a representative (Mike) out within an hour to start the dry-​out process and contain the mold. He was kind, courteous and even thanked me for clearing out the affected area before his arrival. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and checked on us twice over the weekend.
Monday, after the leak was found and fixed (by Tiger Plumbing — also awesome), another representative from Dryer’s (Eric) agreed to meet with me and the insurance adjuster. He brought estimates for the work completed thus far and helped us come up with a plan for renovation. Before he left, he ensured I was comfortable with the process and understood everything moving forward (homeowners insurance is involved and that can be a little daunting).
First thing Tuesday morning, Mike returned to start the demo on the closet affected with mold. I had a prior commitment and returned to find the demo complete and the area MUCH cleaner than I had left it.
We still have to complete the closet re-​build, but I am beyond impressed with the timeliness, integrity, courteousness and kindness of every representative of this company. They have taken a headache of a problem and made it a pleasurable experience. May God RICHLY bless their endeavors. Peace!

This is now the third time that I have used Dreyer’s for my carpet cleaning and every time I have been 100% satisfied. This last time, Marco, showed up very promptly at my appointment time. He thoroughly assessed my carpets and how to treat each stain. He then very professionally cleaned 600 sq ft of carpet in an hour & a half. He was very deliberate and took the time to make sure every room was cleaned to my satisfaction. What a totally professional job from start to finish. Even calling the office to schedule the appointment was a pleasure. Emily was very kind and they worked me in right away. No long waiting. I highly recommend Dreyer’s for all carpet cleaning. Dreyer’s was very professional in every aspect of their service, from scheduling to a prompt arrival on the day of cleaning. The gentleman who did the cleaning paid special attention to an area where we had taped down a cable line and there was no trace of it afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Literally as good as it gets. I called Dreyer’s during the huge hail storm in spring 2012. I had a basketball sized hole in my roof, and these guys were there, patched me up, and dried out my house– it was soaked.
I got a new roof about a month later and the first rain saw a HUGE leak. I called the roofer, who claimed it wasn’t their fault (over the phone). Nice. Anyway, called Dreyer’s and they helped me again. They saved me from further damage.
When that leak was repaired they returned my house to perfect condition. No Stains. No Mold. Just a happy home owner. Without hesitation, Dreyer’s should be your first call.

Had my carpets at work cleaned a few months ago and they did a fantastic job. This was carpet that included rubber, sticky traction compound, dirt, drink & food spills, etc. and the carpets came out spotless! John was our technician and he was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process, even though the job was much larger than he anticipated.
I was so impressed that I booked an appointment for my home. Again, the planning process was easy & the staff friendly. The bonus was that they were running a Unilocal deal at the same time, so it’s a win/​win.
