I had an excellent experience working with Carpet One to remove and replace damaged wood floor in a bedroom following an AC leak. Salesman Jeff Reynolds provided an in-​home estimate, and he was very responsive and professional. He provided samples and explained all available options and pricing. The cost was reasonable and I selected Carpet One for their reputation as a respected local business. The installation team was Pepe and Albert. They were also very friendly, professional and attentive to detail and they did an outstanding, quality job. The floor looks great! Plus the room looked perfect afterwards, as did my front driveway where they had cut the wood — there was no mess for me to clean up. I appreciated their care and concern for my home. I always appreciate a great customer experience and I recommend their services.
