Great customer service! Helped me through out the entire process. Results came back within 2~3 weeks.

Had mold in my house for about 6 months. Did not think i could ever get sick from it. Started doing a little research found out you defiantly can. I started experiencing head aches, short term memory loss, and I started to lose a lot of weight. Came across Biotrek so I gave them a call. First of, they have GREAT customer service. Secondly they had a lot of knowledge about what I needed. I ordered a test from them which came to my house in about 2 weeks and my results came back in about 2 weeks also. Found out I did have hazardous toxins in my body. Biotrek thankfully directed me to a doctor who didn’t think I was crazy. Thankfully i am all good now!

Sent a sample for mycotoxin testing. Estimated time was claimed to be 3 weeks. Then they changed it to 4 – 6 week. Called on week 7 — they said another 2 weeks, for sure. Waited 2 more weeks, called. They said: wait another week. Canceled after 9+ weeks. Utter incompetence and contempt for customers. Poor response to emails. Phone response poor. This makes me doubt whether test results would be reliable. Used Realtime Lab instead: somewhat more expensive, but got done in 2 weeks with no drama.
