I too had the unfortunate situation of having them install our electronics when we built through Robinshore 9yrs ago. Now, out of the blue, they send me an invoice to back pay a year’s worth of monitoring when I’ve had ADT doing it for 3yrs now?! WTH? Somebody is out of their freakin’ mind. Did somebody just randomly find my name and address in their database and think I’d simply pay a bill because it shows up in my mail?

Look elsewhere. This company installed my home security system and surround sound system back in 2010 in a newly built Robinshore home. I am having some problems with both. My outdoor speakers sound terrible, like they were not made to be outdoors. My security system is giving me error messages. I tried calling them several times. Left messages on their website and voicemail. No response. Finally, I decided to visit their address. I met Kim who was quite surprised. I explained the problems. She took my contact info and scheduled a technician to visit my house the following week. No one showed up or called me, ever. I tried calling again, but no one ever answers or returns calls. Even if I could get a hold of them now, I would not want to hire them. No matter how hard I tried, I could not give them my business. No wonder Robinshore no longer uses them. Poor customer service and poor quality.

Met Kim and her husband(owner operators) through a local home builders show and they are quality people. After run-ins with several«shady» security providers with hidden fees, I was glad to find someone who’s honest to help me with my home security system.
