Pizza Hut

I am always disappointed with this place. 2 hours waiting time for pizza and they don’t even care. If you’re going to spend your money on pizza, don’t bother with this place.

Hey everybody! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I don’t know what’s happening inside this establishment, but the employees consistently churn out the worst quality pizzas and service imaginable. If you are desperate enough to go here for whatever personal reasons, do yourself a favor and get carry out. Otherwise you will be waiting hours. Yes HOURS with an s. On several occasions I have had the pleasure of receiving a pizza two hours after its scheduled delivery time.

I can’t say I’m a big Pizza Hut fan, and everyone in my little family of four has a different «favorite pizza» in our area. I like Eagles, my wife prefers Pappa John’s, my oldest loves Gahanna Pizza Plus and my youngest loves Donatos. However, this little Pizza Hut store gets 95% of our business. Why? The food is good and the service is nothing short of exceptional.
The service at this particular store is always friendly, fast, and of very high quality every time we order. Combine the exceptional service with a high quality IPad app and half the time it seems as though the delivery person is at the front door before I shut down the computer. On a few occasions, the pizza was still too hot for the kids to eat when it arrived so we actually had to let it cool down for a few minutes before we could eat.
