I have to correct the previous terrible reviews which are mainly about the Groupon issue. Gina bought this shop from a older owner who sold more Groupon than she could handle. This has NOTHING to do with the wonderful service from Gina. I have followed her to 3 places and she is the best! My nails last and are perfect. She will work to get you in. She is sweet, smart and this is a clean shop. Well worth their moderate costs. And she does a great eye wax too. I strongly suggest trying the shop. You won’t be disappointed. PLEASE ignore older posts… this is all a new owner and experience.

You owe it to yourself to visit this salon… manicures and pedicures are excellent… customer services is outstanding… gina is absolutely amazing… professional and friendly staff will make it worth every minute… you will leave feeling better than when you arrived… if you are in need of a relaxing and pampering experience… make an appointment today… if you are in the area you can just stop in… no appointment is necessary!

I bought a Groupon for this salon for a gel mani AND pedi. When I called to make the appointment and let them know I bought a groupon, she said I shouldn’t have done that and should have bought it directly from them and they would have charged the same price. Who says that? Why advertise something on groupon if it’s not a deal? Then proceeds to tells me that I needed to wait a few days to use the groupon. I’ve never been told that before. So my appointment day comes, very unorganized. Then tells me that it’s a regular pedicure and not a gel. It was very hot in the salon. Then I get burned with hot water on my leg when they were rinsing me off without checking it. I’ve had way better service than this and better pedicures. The owner started to complain that she needs to take the groupon down because it’s just too much stress. Again, who says that in front of their customers?! Upon checking out, says I need to pay a $ 3.00 tax and tells me she has to charge me $ 5.00 for using a card. Beware of this place! They suck. I will not be coming back.

Terrible. Called twice to make an appointment during business hours and no one called me back. Then was told when I walked in «luckily» they would take me even though I had not made an appointment. My gel manicure looked thinner then a regular polish and the tech didn’t use cuticle oil, just trimmed them which caused bad hangnails. The gel polish chipped off of two of my nails completely within 3 days. I didn’t even know this was possible with gel polish. Don’t waste your money.

This place is horrible. I took my friend here to get the gel mani cure with the regular pedicure, and the pedicure was great. They got us in immediately. But then when it came to the manicure, they hurt my friend and they bubbled two of my manicured nails. When my friend called to schedule an appointment to get things fixed they said that they could do it the next week but when we got there we received rudeness from the manager. She said that she could not do anything after 3 days because of policy, but then went about doing my friends nails anyway. She also did a horrible job on her nails a second time and was very unprofessional the entire time we were there. They did fix mine who nails and no charge but my friend still has a horrible manicure. Do not go here!

I bought a Groupon and made an appointment for this place before I read the reviews… I ended up going anyway — and I’m glad I did! My experience was perfectly decent. The majority of the staff didn’t seem to speak much English, but they were friendly. The technicians took their time, I didn’t feel they were rushing through it or skipping steps to get me out the door. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for $ 40. My nails and toes look lovely.

This place is an absolute joke. This is my second time trying to use my groupon that I purchased over 2 months ago. Last time I was here I sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour and no one touched my feet. And I had an appointment. Once again, walk in with an appointment today and I’m still waiting to get started. The owner is a criminal. She tried to charge me for using two different colors. $ 3 to simply open a different color. No additional work required but to open a different bottle of polish. This place is an absolute joke of a nail salon. I have never had such bad service in my life. Don’t waste your money here.

I had a terrible experience. I arrived for my appointment at 10am. Only one person was there and they had 2 customers. Even though I arrived first, the employee took the other lady first. The owner arrived with attitude and didn’t care that I wasn’t happy that no one was available to do my manicure at the scheduled time. She just said«Beauty takes time». Her attitude was awful. She herself did my manicure and it was terrible. It was lumpy and uneven. She didn’t even try to cover the entire nail with polish. She didn’t soak my hand or work on my cuticles. I just had to take to polish off later — it was that bad. AVOIDTHISPLACE!!!

This is a terrible place. The owner is a dishonest liar. DONOTGOHERE!!! No matter how cheap your groupon is! 1. The owner lady is a dishonest person. When I arrived she was checking out a girl. The girl had left $ 4 for a tip, she pocketed $ 2 and only gave $ 2 to the technician after the customer walked away! 2. She pretended to clean instruments, literally, she did a bate and switch and pretended to get new ones out of the heat machine that disinfects them but really went from one client to the next without cleaning them at all! 3. She is a blatant liar and said that I didn’t have an appointment when i went in but I clearly saw my name in her book. Then she changed her story and said, «oh, your mother took your appointment’ um, my mother lives in NY, I doubt that. I think I have about 5 other things I was appalled at the few minutes I was in there. This is absolutely a terrible place for the simple fact that the owner lies and violates healthcodes!

Worst pedicure ever! Do not buy the Groupon! Do not go to this nail spa. I purchased a Groupon and called the salon for an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early and was whisked into a massage chair, where I had very little time to relax. The pedicure was completed in about 15 minutes. The technician sped through the pedicure so that she could return to a customer who was getting a gel manicure. I’ve never had a pedicure that was completed in less than 30 to 40 minutes, and this was a full pedicure! I was quickly moved to the drying chair. After about another 15 minutes, another technician came over and told me that I owed $ 1.65 with the Groupon. I gave her a $ 10 and she gave me the incorrect change. I pointed out the error, and without even checking, she went back to the cash register and pulled out another dollar and said, «Sorry.» The original technician never came back to check my nails, even though there was a smear — I’ll fix it at home because I took in my own polish. When I left, I gave the technician a tip and she never even said«thanks.» This place is a mill. They don’t treat their customers with any respect, and don’t deserve any in return.

I wish I had read the previous review before I went to this place. Bought a groupon as well. Owner gave me attitude for no reason(I did not make an appointment). I was then assigned a tech to do my Pedicure. That went fine. For the manicure… ohhh myyyy! Ghettoest mani I have ever had. Lady filed my nails and then proceeded to start putting polish. So I asked if she was going to clean my cuticles. She didn’t say anything and proceeded to start cleaning my cuticles. She did not soak my hands in water with cuticle softener. So it HURTT! I told her that my cuticle area was burning so she turned on the fan. While I had my hand on the fan, she bent down and grabbed a sip of water. When she was done I asked her to please put cuticle softener. Apparently she didn’t understand. Owner had to tell her that she had to put cuticle softener. So she got a little bowl and put a little bit of water from the bottle that she was drinking. She kept telling me so put my hands there and I refused. I had to call the owner again because obviously the lady didn’t speak enough English and needed the owner to tell her. Long story short, manicure was not proper, staff has no hygienes, and staff can’t paint nails right. Owner apologized and told me she was going to have a word with her. Everyone getting manicures was grossed out. Well never go there even if it’s free.

Miserable experience. I NEVER rate poor, but if there was a negative rating, I’d give the salon that. How is this place still open?! I too had a Groupon. She barely filed them(unevenly at that). The color that is actually on my nails is not the color I asked for — bad recommendation on her part. She completely missed color around the edges of my nails and I had paint on my skin. It had been only a few days and unlike other salons I have been to in the Gahanna area — it is already fading/chipping. Just horrible!

Absolutely awful. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. it makes me sick that I had to give it even one star. A co-worker and I went after purchasing Groupons, and could not have been more disappointed. The owner was incredibly rude. Furthermore, she didn’t even go through the routine of a normal manicure — she simply filed our nails and hastily(and poorly) put on our gel polish. Our cuticles were not taken care of, and the polish was done so poorly. Worse yet, she charged me $ 10 extra for having to «take off» my prior gel manicure… something I have NEVER been asked to pay. After seeing how atrocious my nails looked in the light, I went back inside and asked her to fix them — she told me it would cost more and I would have to wait at least 20 minutes — in a very unpleasant tone. AWFUL service, AWFUL job. Steer clear!
