We recently purchased a new to us home in Holly Springs. Mike came out and treated the home before we moved in. Mike was very courteous and professional. He explained the treatment plan and answered all of our questions. After he finished, he made sure that we were satisfied and said that if we saw any evidence of bugs that he would come back out as many times as necessary. NC Pest Control’s prices were very reasonable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I have used NC Pest Control on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. The guy that comes out is knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. The scheduling is easy and they guarantee their products (but I’ve never had to use the guarantee, it just works!). I’ve only had positive experiences with this company and would recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend NC Pest Control. We are new to the area, and our house stood empty for a few months before moving in, so we had a bug problem. Not only did Mike treat the inside and outside, but gave me a lot of helpful advice to mitigate future problems. (eliminate branches touching the house, keep the gutters cleaned, etc.) He is extremely pleasant to talk to, is knowledgeable about pests, and is friendly. He is prompt to arrive, is very easy to communicate with, and their prices are extremely competitive. I also like how professional the company is – they give a very detailed service invoice which shows the amount and type of pesticide used, and they are easy and flexible to schedule appointments with.

Gotta say that the service was incredible. They came out to our office and did a great job thoroughly treating all of the walls. On top of that, not only was the job done well, but the tech that serviced the office completely restored all outlet covers that were removed and restored everything to where it was. The amount of respect that the tech had for us and our space was incredible and it shows that this company appreciates and wants to keep your business. Prices were great as well, highly recommended.

We had just purchased our new home and had so many bugs. Thanks to NC Pest Control, who saved us, we no longer have bugs!
We moved into our house and were having major spider and ant issues. Inside, outside, everywhere. One day, spiders had built webs over EVERY SINGLE DOOR to the house. It was terrible. NC Pest Control had great pricing to come out for the initial service. They also recommended and recurring plan that has kept these little buggers away! Mike, the owner, was quite professional and courteous. Scheduling was easy and they came out the day before we move in.
Highly recommend NC Pest Control… Major difference from before.
