The SUV we rented from Enterprise in Fuquay had DOG POOP in the back. Yep you read that right. I could have posted a pic– but that would just be crude. The vehicle was visibly dirty on the outside when they pulled it up– and clearly had not been cleaned on the inside. We kept getting whiffs of dog poo and cigarette smoke all weekend.

Always greeted with a friends smile and warm welcome. Have rented from several other companies and keep coming back to enterprise mainly because they are customer service oriented more so then the rest.
Why not a 5 star? I called to let them know that the car I have is not comfortable for me and was told to come in to exchange the vehicle. When I got in there, I was told that there weren’t any other vehicles available. Sounds silly. Will try again tomorrow I guess.

This location has the best customer service of any rental company that I deal with. I travel every week and deal with many different companies and locations and I have never had a problem with this Enterprise location. Th employees greet you by name and make you feel welcome on every visit.
