Wall Gazing Gallery

One of the more peaceful places on campus. Every morning you can see janitors cleaning out the water of fallen leaves from the nearby tree. So stop by and enjoy the dripping water. Just not when you have to pee.

This campus art installation beside Cal State Fullerton’s Visual Arts building has wooden steps and a metal roof that constantly drips water off one end and into the shallow pool below as though you were under a tin roof in the rain.
It’s meant for you to stare passed the falling water and at the blank wall across the pool in meditation, heightening your mindful awareness.
It’s common to see people sitting on the steps, reading or studying.
At the very least, it’s a very calming environment, away from the hustle and bustle found in other areas of campus. Coming here can preserve your final, precious shred of sanity, and ease those stress lines on your forehead.
