AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I just went here to ask for Star Wars DVD’s. The cashier said no and didn’t bother to look at my face. I clarified by saying the old movies, episode 1 – 3 and he said no. A video store that does not have the most popular franchise in history is sketchy to say the least. Not only that but customer service stinks. This place is always deserted and looks like it’s about to fall apart. The customer service here sucks. Please avoid this place, it deserves to be closed down permanently.

Don’t bother to call cuz they NEVER answer and it’s not a busy place.
They won’t reserve movies either, not even if you live one minute away and tell them you’re on you’re way there as you speak! What’s the worst that could happen… You don’t arrive in that promised minute and they have to put it back on the shelf?!!
The guy that works there is nice though and that’s the only reason I gave one star.

New owner. He raised the prices. Got rid of movies. Lowered selection place looks dead. Phone is always busy. Don’t expect to call ahead. You gotta go in store. It’s like the left their phone line on busy on purpose. Don’t come here. They charge you for credit card.

Old school video rental place! Love it… Hopefully this one stays in business. I would be so sad if there were no more video rental places:(
