Togo’s is one of my favorite places to get a sandwich, and this Togo’s is the best place I’ve been to. The people working here are friendly, nice, and very helpful. The food is great and the service is super quick also. I’ll definitely return to this location. Keep up the great work Togo’s :)

I went into Togo this evening mainly because it was Thursday and its $ 5 Roast Beef sandwich day. They always make great subs no matter when, mainly I’m writing this review for the employee(Noeli) and also the store manager(Donna) whom I just met for the first time, both ladies are super sweet and customer friendly. First off I go there quite often and have come to find that out of all their employees Noeli makes the best sandwiches hands down, in fact its come whereif waiting in line for ordering I’ll actually allow people behind me to pass if Noeli isn’t going to be my server. Tonight was no different except Donna was there and looked to be leaving when my friend and I walked in. We were both relieved when we saw Noeli was actually working, both of us stating aloud, «Good, she’s here, the greatest sandwich maker» thus causing Donna to stay and talk with us, anyway I just wanted to post a positive review for both, Noeli, who you must have make your next sub and Donna, who is charge of 2 stores and is really down to earth, sweet, funny, very pretty manager. Thank you again for making my evening a whole better than it was before entering your store.

I have been here a few times but this is my last time coming here. Got my usual turkey and cheese(6inch american cheese, tomato, lettuce, mustard and mayo) During my lunch break, as I was nearing the end of my sandwich i decided to out the last tomato and some lettuce. As I pull out the lettuce I notice a black spot. Turns out its a fly! A fly in my sandwich. Stomach is turning as i try not to vomit. Called the store to notify them and the manager is out, left my name and number. Person in charge apologized but did not seem to really understand the gravity of the situation as the lettuce is now contaminated which I doubt they will throw out.

This is a very late review but Delia is AMAZING. I have a gluten allergy and she was so accommodating and understanding of my allergy and needs. She was just such a pleasure to talk to while we ordered everything and that’s what really makes the fast food into something more. I love Togos but I love that one extra because Delia was absolutely wonderful.

Just a Togo’s fan not so much subway type. I limit dining out for cost and health reasons but for that reason this is a place to go. Recently my last visit today I ended up waiting over 10 min. but then again they were busy. The sandwich was still very good and they were friendly but just some wait time with all the other people. Even though they were busy the place has plenty of seating in a simple clean environment with lots of windows. My daughter likes talking to them while they make her the kid’s meal. She says they make her happy, well then I“m happy too!

Their lines are always long and there’s always one employee who doesn’t seem to be doing anything while people wait to order. However, on my last visit I observed most of the people making sandwiches taking money, doing a «water rinse» and then putting on gloves(but in the process, touching the entire glove with their hands!). They then proceeded to make more sandwiches. I ended up throwing mine in the trash after leaving. I was too embarrassed to tell someone who should know better to wash their hands! This is an assurance for the passing of illness. I sent a report to the health department of Orange County.

Been here several times they need more workers the manager the Asian lady needs to step up and help them instead of standing there doing nothing when you have a room full of people waiting to order.

45 min before they close the employee announced with 6 people in line we are only offering wheat. I understand they may not be offering all the specialty breads but really not going to make more bread we just have to settle for what is left when the store is open ¾ of an hour. This has to come from management or ownership but it is cheap savings to have 4 people walk out. Togo chain has fallen in quality and this action shows it.

Kept me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes! Very upset customer! No stars from me! They don’t deserve it! But I had to give them one unfortunately. Can’t keep a customer waiting forever!

Good: Food is decent. Bad: Waiting 10 minutes for the worker to figure out how to use a gift card only to tell me I couldn’t use it.

I haven’t had Togo’s in years and decided to give it a try. I got their turkey and avocado on wheat. The wheat bread is DELICIOUS!!! Better than most places, and way better than Subway. My husband got their Italian and I didn’t even get to try a bite because he inhaled it! We also got a side of their potato salad and it tastes homemade! I tried a sample of their tuna while I was in line trying to decide what I wanted and that was really good too! I will get that next time for sure!

First time at this location and I’m thrilled. First customer of the day and what happy staff members. Made my morning! The place is clean and the bread is super fresh. Loved my sandwich.

Friendly staff, quick service and fresh sandwiches. You can’t go wrong. I usually call my order in since I work in the area and not once have they screwed up my order. If I’m not mistaken, this is a franchise location and I can tell the owner takes pride in his ownership because inside is always immaculate as a restaurant should be.

Togo’s! God I love Togo’s. Here’s the thing about Togo’s if you don’t know. Some of the locations will have the best sub you have ever had in your life, you will think that Odin personally came down from Asgard and created this amazingly tasty treat just for you. You will announce to your friends that Togo’s is by far the best sub shop in the universe! Then you will try a different location and they will ask«do you want Italian dressing on your number 30?» I don’t know! Is that how the other place made it? Does it normally have that? I’m not ready to make these types of decisions, if I wanted that I would go to subway. «Do you want avocado on it?» Seriously? Why can’t you just make it like its supposed to be? So how does this Togo’s hold up? Why only 4 starts? Well they make the sub like its supposed to be, the issue I have with this location is they don’t have plates… That’s right, when you eat inside the location your plate is a dirty tray or half of a ripped butcher paper they give you. How much could it cost them to get a plate like every other Togo’s on earth? Being forced to eat of the tray makes me feel strange. Besides that it’s a nice location… Oh also fix the Sobe fountain drink.

I usually only write reviews when I feel strongly about a place. When it comes to fast casual places like this, it’s extremely rare that I’ll feel anything above«eh» or «good». This Togos location is an exception. I’ve been coming here regularly for close to 2 years. I can’t speak for the staff at night or on weekends, but their weekday staff is phenomenal. They are warm, friendly, and efficient. Even if the line is long, they manage to move quickly, and I’ve noticed that they work as a team. When one employee goes to ring up their customer, they’ll take the time to ring up the other customers being helped as well. The food is great, which is why I keep coming back. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched a Subway employee lazily assemble a sad looking sandwich for me. Here, I always get the feeling that they actually care about the food they’re serving you. My sandwiches are always pretty and bursting with goodness. Job well done, guys.

I go to this Togo’s almost every thursday when I am working in the office. I have not ONE bad thing to say about it. To complain about a rug. really? You’re just petty at that point. I go and I get the Avocado & Cheese sandwich and I rarely have to wait in a crazy line or anything. The workers are very friendly also.

After the new owners took over, I had stopped visiting — they no longer offered good sandwiches. However, I decided to give them another chance. I made a mistake, and should have spent my money elsewhere. Do yourself a favor — go to eat anywhere else in Fullerton or Anaheim. I am familiar with quite a few Togo’s in CA, and they do a good job. However, this location did not have some standard condiments, the employees are LESS than apathetic, and the owner cares even less. The carpets near the doors and beverage machine are worn with the outer edges curling up, so be cautious where you walk — I wonder if they even have adequate coverage in case someone falls. After all, why have coverage when you can make more profit by not paying for insurance?

Looks like I may have found a new favorite Togo’s!!! I have been a customer of the Togo’s location in La Habra for years… This location is priced a bit higher. But, the last few times I’ve eaten here, I have been presented with a much more generously stuffed sandwich!!! Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Nice comfortable place for lunch! And, in particular, five stars for their lemon pepper tuna!!!
