This review is based solely on my experience regarding a groupon offer that I received in an email. First and foremost, this is not pertaining to the quality of the haircut I received rather the actual interaction between myself and the salon manager and how she handled the situation at hand. To begin, I received a groupon for this salon for a shampoo, haircut, and style and no where in the fine print did it state the groupon was for a specific stylist. Appointment was made and I arrived at the salon where I met my stylist Shannon. After learning, I was utilizing a groupon coupon, she stated my groupon was created and posted by another stylist working for the salon who was not working at the moment. With confusion, I showed her the groupon and pointed out that no where was it explicitly stated that this groupon may only be redeemed with a certain stylist. Clearly, this is an error of the hair salon with miscommunication between the stylists. Shannon then agreed to honor the groupon since she was manager. This is the part that appalled me. While one of the assistants was shampooing my hair, Shannon contacts the stylist that posted the groupon trying to determine payment between the both of them for my haircut. They go back and forth and Shannon seems quite irritated that she has to honor the groupon. During my entire haircut, she is complaining out loud about the groupon and the stylist that posted the groupon. The whole experience was just so uncomfortable and awkward. To make matters worse, she did not style my hair after the haircut. My hair was completely flat. In conclusion, either you honor the groupon and be professional about it or you admit your salon’s error and refuse to honor the groupon. Don’t make the customer feel bad for your error.

Shannon C has been the only person I’ll let touch my or my daughter’s hair in five years. She has the knack to know what will look amazing, how the hair will fall when it’s dry and just what we want. Her skills are top notch and her prices are very reasonable!

Haven’t had my hair done in years. Called Shannon and went in showed her a picture and she did exactly what i wanted. The salon is gorgeous. The hospitality is amazing always checking to make sure i didn’t need anything. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. They are the best and very reasonably priced! THank u soooo much!

Shannon Callis is an amazing stylist. I love her and I love the salon. Everyone in there is so friendly. She runs a great salon and on top of that she does the best hair. I can’t wait to go back!!!
