Freaking disgusting. Never coming here again. I love subway because it’s quick and somewhat healthy. But dang today I go in and the lady is sweeping the floor changing the trash and coughing up a storm in her mouth and she goes to the back to make my sandwich without even washing her hands!
She puts on her plastic gloves and asks me what I would like. I ask her if she was sick and she said yes like it was no big deal! Like wtf. Are you for real? You’re handling people’s food with your hands. I told her no thanks and she said ok! Wow. Never coming here again.
Gonna stick with Subway in Amerige.

I came in needing ten sandwiches on short notice. I wasn’t able to call in a jumbo sub, so I was feeling awkward ordering that many sandwiches at 5:30 as the dinner rush was starting to trickle in. Feeling very self-​conscious, the two workers made me feel much better. They handled the dinner rush and my sandwiches and never made me feel awkward for needing that many sandwiches. Those two gals were superstars. Thanks Subway!

The bread is always dry. The place was packed and the manager didn’t help his other employees. Every time I go in the manager seems upset and annoyed. The employee taking my order couldn’t speak English so it was hard to order. This is the only subway next to my work so after consistent bad experiences I had to write a review.

I love the meatball sub. I go in the morning for a sub and the meatballs are not ready. They won’t be «warned up in microwave» till 9? How hard can this be? Other locations can microwave their meatballs by opening. Also the bread in the morning is not fresh. They are baking but somehow I get the night befores because they are not ready before opening? Don’t open at 7 am if ur not fully available. During lunch and dinner the items are fully available so I know they can do it.

The bread was kind of dry but the rest of the sandwich tastes good. However my main problem was that the workers there didn’t understand Unilocal and didn’t give me my free cookie! That’s the only reason I went to subway to begin with

Just visit subway Isel made my Sandwich had a very bad Attitude. You have to have Google customer service no matter how much stress you be under! I believe she was stressed but there is no excuse! I like subway I will never go back there. To many subways to be treated like crap! Slapping our sandwiches together! Very disappointed I’m hope whoever over this subway care enough to see what happened and talk to her!

Had a turkey avocado on flat bread yesterday and was very well made and avocado was soft and not hard like other times I’ve had it. Guys that were working always say hello and although can be busy at times and parking is right, closest subway to work and my go to for lunch!:)

This Subway is close to me so I love coming here. Customer service is always a hit and miss here. They do need better staff. Too small to eat inside. I just get it and leave.

The lady who made our sandwich was rude and just tossed everything onto the sandwich. She gave attitude every time we asked for an ingredient. Then when we we asked to cut the sandwich a specific way she grunted. On our way out we asked for a salad plate and the guy at the register said no that it was just for «his» salads. We normally don’t go to this subway as we have our favorite spot. But due to a time constraint we went to this location. I would never go here again.

The problem with this Subway is that the owner doesn’t value his/​her customers. Proof is that he doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. This includes paying customers who specifically ask. I was there with my family, we ordered several sandwiches, but when I asked if I could use the restroom I was told no, even though they have one. I explained that I REALLY needed it… no use. There is really no excuse for this lack of simple respect for customer service. Since the food is nothing special — I for one will never go there again.

I’ve eaten here probably 50 times in the past two years and have never really been sick from the food. It is a small shop, the line basically starting when you walk in the door, but the staff has mainly been helpful. The fact that there are no public restrooms is a bit awkward, but the service is usually prompt, and the lines are never that long. I would recommend this Subway.

This is a small shop. I think I counted only five available tables. And the tables are squished together. So, definitely cramped quarters…
But, Subway is great for a sandwich! A footlong with some chips will handle your hunger… Prices are reasonable. And can be even better if you can locate a coupon! Do the quick online survey, and you get a free cookie with your meal!

Had a craving for a sandwich at 9:50pm; the attendant was very courteous and provided great service, unfortunately we couldnt stay to eat there because they were closing and don’t allow dining after 10pm; overall it was ok.

A sandwich is just a sandwich. There is really nothing spectacular about a Subway sandwich. It is really a food of convenience for me.
This location rates so poorly because the customer service is so bad. The employees are just surly and apathetic. I could take those things at a fast food place if they were fast. But they aren’t.
I have also noticed that the ingredients are not always fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes look old.
The area is flooded with Subways, so try another.

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!! DON’T EVER EAT THE RED MEAT HERE! A while back I ordered a philly sandwich and I got it to go and when I went home the meat had a greenish color to it and it tasted nasty! Never got any of their red meat again! Yesterday, my brother had meatballs in his sandwich and he had to go to the ER to find out that he got food poisoning!!!
