This Smoke Shop is the best! Marf is one of the nicest guys I have ever met and he always treats customers with respect. Major respect for this guy because I always see him help customers with the prices or items to hook them up and he is always patient and will help you look for anything that you need. They carry good items at good prices!

They don’t offer refund for their defective product!!!
I have bought a $ 15 dollar worth of hookah tobacco. A pack and another metal container. When I got home I found that the tobacco is too dry and have no taste or flavor. When I checked that expiration date I found out that it has been expired since more then 6 months. When I went back to ask for a refund, the one who works there told me that the owner told him that there is no refund for the tobacco product even if it’s not open!!!
They might have too much defective products they don’t know what to do with it.
There is no way I will be back again. I used to go to buy my alcohol from the liquor store next door for the past two years. But when I knew that they have the same owner I will never go there too.
Congratulation you have lost a loyal costumer for a product that worth $ 15, you don’t want to refund.

Many selections of pipes… however i was never really satisfied with my past purchases here. Not the owner but the guy who works here all the time ripped off my money. Plus a pack of Reds arent even cheap here, not even for a bit.
Bought a torch for $ 10(the visual was crappy but i was running late so i went ahead and bought it) but it broke the next day so i went for a refund or a replacement, the guy starts talking to me about how we are «FRIENDS“and that i dont want him to get in trouble by the Boss. TROUBLE? DO I KNOW YOU SIR?! I DONT EVEN KNOW YOUR NAME MAN, DO YOU KNOW MINE???
You guys are selling DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS and dont offer refunds or replacements??? This is ridiculous.
The torch was wayyyyy too expensive for the quality and it was poorly made, the flame adjustng part was broken (pieces just fell apart-​_​-​) and when i told him the hold button doesnt and never worked, he shrugged and said, «Ah, you dont even need that hon.»
ARE YOU SERIOUS. NEVERMORE DUUUUDE.
