If I could I wouldn’t even give them a one star. I was in need of coffee and went to the closest Starbucks near my friends house. I asked for a very simple venti iced coffee with whipping cream. What I got was a cashier asking her coworker if they even had any iced coffee left. Her coworker was loud and said only enough for grande, at this point I was like whatever I’ll take it but asked for light ice, the loud rude girl responded with a bogus response and said«we can’t do light ice you will only have this much in your cup» I was like what the heck? At this point I understood they were just too lazy to make more and didn’t want to be helpful. I wouldn’t go there just go around the corner to a much nicer Starbucks!

Wow, I just stopped here for coffee. I asked the cashier for«the little round caramel and chocolate brownie thing»(and I made a circular shape with my hands) and he gave me the crunchy caramel crisp square. No problem. Went back to let him know it was the other one and he gave me SICK attitude. «Well you should have said tart. Next time ask for the tart not the brownie.» Ok, calm your shit, bro. I don’t work for Starbucks, I haven’t memorized the names of the snacks and they aren’t labelled in the display counter. Someone needs to ease off the caffeine at work I think.

I bought a verisimo system by Starbucks from another store and I came here to return it. Very rude shift leader and told me I had to take it back from where I purchased the machine. I found this very weird and called the original store where I purchased it. The manager of that store told me that it wasn’t true. Now she called and spoke with the Shift leader here. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and no response. Shame on you Starbucks. I will never return to Starbucks again. Very bad customer service and disrespectful. I wish I can give them 0 star rating.

I went into this Starbucks and purchased a venti frapp and drank it in the store and then went to get a refill of iced coffee as I always do. The barista was INSANELY rude lecturing me about how it’s not policy to refill a frapp with iced coffee but she was doing me the FAVOR of doing it for me. After this rude encounter I pulled up the Starbucks costumer service FAQ which states… «My Starbucks Rewards members at Green and Gold levels are eligible for free refills on brewed or iced coffee or tea, regardless of the original beverage purchased, while they are in a participating Starbucks® store. Once you leave the store, your visit has ended and any subsequent coffee or tea refill thereafter would be considered a new purchase.» Yes REGARDLESSOFTHEORIGINALBEVERAGEPURCHASED. I showed her the website and she said«that’s not our policy that’s only if you’re a gold member but it’s irrelevant because I did it for you.» In the most rude tone ever. First of all I paid with my gold membership. Second of all the policy states green or gold so it didn’t matter. Lastly she was rude from the get go when I wasn’t rude to her. She is not getting paid some minimum wage salary at a crappy $ 1 coffee place. She is paid well at a Starbucks where people pay a premium price for coffee AND good customer service. If someone shows you a policy that you should know you should say«oh I didn’t know! Thank you!» And be done with it instead of taking her ignorance about her own job out on a customer. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this Starbucks and I hope she learns how to deliver good customer service.

I am sorry to say that this Starbucks location is the most convenient for my cross town commute. I agree with the other review. This is the ugly step-sister of all the grown-up Starbucks in Fullerton. It is rarely clean enough. I actually contacted corporate regarding a team member dumping the trash and then making coffee… without washing their hands!!! Then only two good team members have disappeared leaving a less than capable crew. Good in a pinch but never my first choice.

I love starbucks in general. And my rating has nothing really to do with the quality of the coffee or food. My rating is for this location and also the location on the corner of Brookhurst and Orangethorpe. The place is never clean and usually understaffed. I prefer other locations in north Fullerton that are adequately run. For some reason these specific locales are always a mess inside and outside and seem to always have some homeless folk hanging around. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but I often think«What a country! Even the homeless get their Venti Macchiatos!» I can’t think of any other region or country whose homeless population is so well treated!
