I have a battery for an 18v grease gun that stopped working, battery wouldn’t take a charge anymore. I went online to purchase a replacement but couldn’t find one anymore (this is what happens when you buy no name stuff off of eBay sometimes lol). Somehow I came across Smart Outlet while looking online and saw how they did battery repair on the type of battery I had (18v NiCad battery).
I took my battery down here and picked it up the next day and put it on the charger and it works again! The man behind the counter is very nice. This saved me a lot of money, time, and grief. Thanks!

I am very pleased with this. I will be definitely coming back to do more business. I am going to refer my friends to this shop. I was referred to this place by one of my vendors. I saved around 120 dollars or more, not having to buy new batteries. Also i was able to keep the money in our local businesses and not spend it else where and a purchase in a big warehouse store.
The business was easy to find and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. The turn around for the work wasn’t to long. The price for the battery repair was great.

Greatest value since sliced bread!
Started taking our production tool batteries here about 6 months ago. We’re used to paying $ 60-​$ 70 for a new battery and here we can get it rebuilt good as new for $ 29. Even better, we used to have to go to different suppliers for each brand of tool, but Smart Outlet can handle them all so we now can take care of everything in one location. And it’s more environmentally-​friendly.
Stop wasting your money on new batteries!

I dropped off 4 24 volt Dewalt batteries to Kevin for a test. He rebuilt them for ¼ the price of new batteries, and they work like new!
He did a great job!
I highly recommend him to anyone who uses batteries for their job!

My battery powered lawn mower (Which is not sold in the USA anymore) died. I didn’t want to pay for a new lawn mower. I called Kevin and he said for me to send him the battery and he will try to rebuild it. Sent the battery to him (in CA) on Monday and I received the rebuilt battery on Friday in AZ. Kevin went as far as to research about the lawn mower and the battery. He called me and told me what he had found out about the battery. My grass looks like is was cut by a brand new lawn mower. I have 2 more batteries that need to be rebuilt and I will send it to him.
Great communication, Fast turn around, Awesome to deal with. And fair prices. Highly recommend using Smart Outlet for your battery needs.

This place is great! I walked in with a Dewalt 18v 2ah NiCad battery and they upgraded it to a 3ah NiMH battery for about $ 50. And, they took care of it right away while I went to lunch. That’s great service and value performed quickly, if you ask me!

A great family-​owned business. These guys are knowledgeable, quick and most importantly CHEAP. If you know anything about battery replacement, you’ll know that it costs more than it should. Highly recommended!
