I know nothing about the disciplinary action that has been filed, but my experience with Mr Parsons was 100% positive. I was given solid advice about family law and the court proceedings. Mr Parsons offered the advice to help conserve my funds, and not try to chase down matters that don’t make a difference in court.
I haven’t found many attorneys that have consistently offered the kind of advice I was provided. Yes, I paid for the services, I don’t expect anything for free. Excellent service.

Worse law firm ever people there are under investigation for fraud. My poor mother just wanted a divorce this was 4 yrs ago unfortunately my moms wasted about 20 thousand that she doesn’t have. I hope these ppl get what’s coming too them. Please search somewhere else for help I heard about trinity law firm. there a Christian firm,

I never needed to give a review and haven’t done one before. I was curious and look up Rodney Parsons up on Unilocal to see how many star he earns because i had such a bad experience with him and felt cheated by him. I should have done this before! It’s too late for me but i thought i need to give a review since i don’t want anyone else to be scammed by him.
«This is one of the worst lawyer ever!» Rodney Parsons doesn’t deserve any star for his service. Stay away from him because he drains your money so fast before you can breath… you’re already out couple grand! Like the other reviewer, this is one of our biggest mistake!
He got us in more messes and deeper trouble with our case. We were being sued by a scammed lawyer for not being ADA compliance so we went to him. He’s not specialized or know anything about ADA law!!! He didn’t inform or give us the accounting of our retainer. When we asked him for it, we were shocked that the 2k balance was already gone for the very little work. He rushed and pressuring us into making decision. We realized that he’s incapable of helping us with our case and also felt cheated so we ended his service. We thought our 2 grand was the price we paid for not being smart and put out the time to shop for a good lawyer with integrity! But little did we know… a week or so after we ended his service, he sent us a bill with a balance of $ 700 something more!!! We already out 2 grand and there’s more!!! He’s not only damaging our money but also the info he gave to the complaint’s attorney were damaging to us too!!! We really need to report him to the State Bar.
Sighhh…one scammed attorney to the next!

Please do not go to this attorney. Unless you want stress, dishonesty, because this all you will get from this lawyer. I filed for divorce in August and till today I am still legally married. He takes advantage of your situation and will take any money you receive in your divorce. This is the worst lawyer ever. He has been discipline before just look him up in the state bar. This was my mistake!!! You will end up with nothing at the end of your divorce because of him. One star is one star too many.
