I would not recommend Marty Burbank to obtain aid and attendant care VA benefits for any veteran. We used Marty Burbank to obtain VA benefits for my father who was 90 at the time. My father served his country in World War II. We waited 3 years to receive benefits. We were charged 3,000 dollars for a trust and to file for the benefits owed to my father. He never saw a dime. My father passed away on July 14, 2012 after suffering from lung cancer which metastasized to his brain. My mother passed away 7 months later. When I called Marty after my father passed I was told he does not have any direct access to the VA. What we experienced was not pleasant, in the least, and Marty offered nothing. I would suggest looking elsewhere if needing assistance with VA benefits. Sincerely, A daughter and son-in-law who miss their parents everyday…

Hiring an attorney. Planning for your death. Taxes. Getting Older. We hate to think about any of these, thankfully with Marty Burbank and his staff all these issues become almost enjoyable. I had a meeting with Marty to discuss my situation and needs. He recommended a few different strategies and discussed the pros and cons of each. In the end my wife and I took his advice on the best first step. From start to finish we felt very comfortable with his abilities and his staff was amazing to work with during the data collection and actual signing of documents. The price at first seemed a little high, though with the expert staff and amazing follow through I must say it was a bargain, I certainly value experts who truly care for me rather than take the money and run. My wife and I need to move on to the next step and we will certainly use Marty Burbank and his staff again. Thank you so much for making all those dreaded tasks simple and painless.
