Ordered the premium crispy chicken. Order took less than a minute. However, the chicken was really cold and dried up. It felt like it was cooked yesterday, microwave and left in the cold. Paid 8 bucks for horrible meal. Literally felt like I was eating plastic, the chicken had no meat. What kind of establishment are they running?

Wow this place has some pretty bad reviews. I came on a Friday mid morning and it was pretty busy with about 90% of the seats taken. Initially I thought this a pretty decent McDonald’s because it seems somewhat updated and clean. However upon closer inspection things weren’t that great. The soda bar and ketchup bar was pretty messy and unclean. To me this is quite normal, but when I realized they bring the order to your table it seems this McDonald’s is trying to be abnormal. I would rather have a clean condiment bar than food brought to my table. If this is the norm for fast food it shouldn’t be, it’s rarely this messy at In and out. Pros: friendly service and they bring food to you. Cons: it’s quite messy, dirty tables and condiment/soda bar.

sun oct 25, 12:20 pm: Teach your managers how to manage. Wasn’t even done placing my drive-thru ordered, wasn’t asked, Is that all? Just given a total and told to pull forward. i said im not done, her response” i already totaled you, so pull forward and add it there. cool. i pull forward and go collect my food and yes its, its a skinny chick managing taking the drive thru orders. she needs to be fired, and this is why mcdonalds is suffering. chic-fil-a and in n out do not operate like that. get a freakin clue. oh ya and when i order food to go, give me a napkin to use, or maybe a ketchup packet. incompetent

Please! Just serve the food right and say thanks after your customer. Nothing more and no less. Morning employees are usually upto the norms but the night shifters are just silly. They need to be trained again how to serve foods right and greet customers fine. Señora! How about taking your job seriously?

I was completely mistreated and made fun of by the person taking drive-thru order. I was with my family(wife & two kids) and my wife had asked for a mocha frappé on our way home. Once I ordered, the guy taking order mistakenly put down the order as Yogurt-Parfeit. So I try to correct him and said Mocha Frappé. He made me say the same three times and even treat me like a «slow» person by almost spelling out every word: W-H-I-C-H S-I-Z-E D-O Y-O-U W-A-N-T??? He sounded annoyed and as if I could not understand him. At first, my wife and I couldn’t do anything but to laugh for we thought it was one of those sarcastic jokes. But once I approached the pay office, he didn’t even bother to open his window and made us wait. Once opened, I asked for his name and he annoyingly replied quickly shut the window. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to us near this location again. It’s very unpleasant…

The soda bar has pesky flies flying around, so I no longer eat inside. The drive thru is always full and it does take a while for my turn to order. This is just another bad McDonald’s location

I drive thru only. Its gets backed up at night. But I love their dollar mcchicken and apple pies. I almost get them everyday on my way back from school because they’re cheap and delicous. I never liked McDonald’s burgers in general but I was surpised these were actually good. The burger is not as big as Wendy’s dollar chicken burger but it tastes better in my opinion.

Not the worse but not the best. Majority of the customers are either Koreans(Fullerton has a large Korean population) or homeless people(Fullerton also has a large homeless shelter just down the street, too). Strange, no?!

Update 7÷20÷2015 — WTF. Ants in the soda bar/ketchup area again?!? Disgusting. Never again. This is unacceptable for such a big named restaurant like McDonalds!

This is a review for the drive thru service only** I usually go in the mornings before work to get my usual, maple oatmeal and a English mc muffin toasted plain, with a side of butter. Yum! Always warm and ready! Price for both is $ 3.33 which is good for a quick breakfast I think. Line can be long at times but usually moves fast. Drive thru customer service is always friendly and they usually always greet with a smile and a good morning:)

This McDonalds has some pretty serious issues that need to be resolved. I don’t know what happened to this place, but when I used to visit here back in my high school years, it was great for a McDonald’s. But in my recent visit, it seemed that’s changed drastically. So, here’s a summary of my visit: I came here with a friend to get some«mini-meals» at around 9 – 10PM past the usual dinner time. Of course, considering it was McDonald’s, we really weren’t partial about service and food because, after all, it’s cheap and convenient. But What got me pretty riled up was the service. When we were deciding what to munch on, the cashier was apparently very impatient, despite the place being almost half empty, and gave us a serious attitude problem when we said«we need one more minute», which she uttered«Ok, well please speed it up». I understand that the employees at McDo’s are pretty used to working in fast conditions, but that was just unacceptable, especially after being told in a almost shouting voice. To make it even more insulting, she kept saying an irritated«What?» every time we uttered simple orders on the menu; I hope she had a hearing problem, because we literally had to shout at her to get her to press the button on the machine. It was absolutely moronic and irritating that not only this woman gave us an attitude problem, she was just being sarcastic and practically jerking around with us. Oh, but this hostility didn’t just extend to us; when we were eating, a old lady dropped her coffee onto the floor and although the same woman explained that she would«replace the coffee if requested», she CHARGEDTHEWOMANFORANOTHERCUP. Not only are the cashier rude and inconsiderate, she was a liar and just plain dishonest with the customers. More surprising was that the manager allowed all this to happen. THEMANAGER. Not only is the customer service bad here, so is the dining venue in general; I will warn the public to NOT eat here in the restaurant at night, because for some strange reason, it’s become a magnet for the homeless and it’s gotten pretty dangerous because the homeless love to hang around in the outside patio, pestering customers for money or even harassing them by incoherently babbling about whatever; In fact, there is one crazed homeless man who comes and frequently shouts racially offensive comments about the employees working in McDo’s and even harasses the children by claiming to be their«grandparent»(WTF! Someone call the police and get this guy locked up!). I cannot believe that the manager would allow this kind of soliciting in the front and not take any action, especially when some of the homeless that come here are absolutely disgusting minded. True, most of the homeless are harmless, but the fact that some act like low class trash is just an insult to the community here. I don’t expect McDonalds to shape up their store front here, considering it’s been deteriorating for years and left to slowly ruin, but I wouldn’t expect to come back here again until they get new employees with better attitude and work ethics and until I can dine without having to hear some crazy idiot spew out racist garbage about the employees there or harass children.

When it comes to fast food, my standards are low. I don’t expect the food to be anything but edible, so giving this location 2 stars is being generous. First the service is slow, despite being a «fast» food place. I walked in and ordered a kids happy meal and before I could order, I had to wait for someone to help me. Mind you, the place was not busy. After placing the order, I went to find a seat. The place isn’t very big, maybe 10 booths and a long counter, and it was difficult to find a clean table. It’s sad that today’s kids can’t clean up after themselves, and think everyone is their maid or mother. My order is called and my fries are cold, like it’s been sitting there for an hour. They prepare bunches of small fries so they’re ready to bag, but you would think the employee could feel the lukewarm fries as he placed it inside my box ? Slow service, cold fries and no napkins found. Either they are understaffed or they just don’t care.

The Mighty Wings. I know, there are many great places that serve epic wings, and I will get around to trying them, but somehow this hits the savory spot. Let me indulge in this guilty, corporate pleasure of mine for this brief moment. I have to say this is a lot better than their popcorn chicken. The ratio of the breading and the meat is just right. And there’s just that tinge of spices. Expect this review to become irrelevant once the Mighty Wings are taken out of the menu.

This McD’s is pretty disappointing. This could have a second star since the lady working the counter was really trying hard and was friendly. Our experience wasn’t completely her fault because another woman was«helping» her and making it worse. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Before we were finished ordering, the other woman had put 2 cheeseburgers up on the counter for us. But then it was going to take awhile for the rest of our order … meanwhile those cheeseburgers are just sitting there. Why can’t everything just be kept warm and then given to us at the same time? Finally the double cheeseburgers were ready and our cashier gave us a small fry. I corrected her that it was supposed to be a large fry, which she quickly switched out. It seems like money was spent on upgrades here — digital menu boards, automatic door. But why not spend more money on training instead? I think I’ll stick to the drive thru so I don’t have to see the inconsistencies and you better believe I’m going to check my order before I pull away from the window!
