I used to go to a cleaners in Brea. They lost my clothing twice and gave me the wrong clothes once. I went to Crown Cleaners about 2 years ago and have great service! As soon as I pull up, the owners or staff are already moving to help me. They have my phone number and name memorized and always do a great job! They have never lost anything! They also offer covered drive-​up service.

Not sure if this is a common practice by a cleaner, but, when I was asked how much it would cost the lady told me «under 15 dollars» for each of my two dresses. However, when I went to pick them up it was $ 30 for both. I explained this to the cashier, but she didn’t seem to understand. They really should set prices and give receipts beforehand. I have learned my lesson and will be taking my business elsewhere.
