A very bad management. The guy called James, he gave me a quotation since i am ordering huge amount and we worked on it for about three months and when we about to close the deal I asked him to make the final measurement and told me sorry we do not give quotation anymore if you want to buy go to our website without a discount. I do not know why but what i am sure about is that this is not a good way to treat customers who are willing to buy a bulk and certainly not a respectful way to say to someone okay at first and start working with him on a quotation for three months and then saying you know what we do not want to do it anymore.
