The cashier Jose at this particular location does not fair well with people with disabilities. I approached him the best way I could, I was greeted fairly but as soon as the communication flowed, he became enraged with attitude and disbelief that I would ask such stupid questions. He obviously needs some sensitivity training. If you don’t have a wall like me then don’t come here! He knows how to make someone feel really down about something they can’t change.

While saying my order the woman would only speak with a really angry tone. And there were a couple times I couldn’t hear what she said, so when I mentioned that she yelled into the mic. I felt pretty offended and I’m not even the type to notice things like this or be bothered by things that people do. If it says anything, I downloaded Unilocal just to write this review. If you’re planning on going to this Carl’s Jr, be sure to wait until they hire some respectful workers

I ordered a Super Star Combo without cheese and they give me a Famous Star. What’s the big deal? Well, the Super Star comes with 2 beef patties and the Famous Star only comes with one. Therefore I overpaid for my combo. WTF! I remember an infamous quote from the movie Lethal Weapon 2 quoting the character Leo Getz played by Joe Pecsi. «They F*#* you at the drive thru». «They F*#* YOU at the drive-thru, okay? They F*#* YOU at the drive-thru! They know you’re gonna be miles away before you find out you got F*#*ed! They know you’re not gonna turn around and go back, they don’t care. So who gets F*#*ed? Ol’ Leo Getz! Okay, sure! I don’t give a F*#*! I’m not eating this tuna, okay?» PUHAHAHAHAHAHA!

First off this place is horribly understaffed one person for the drive thru and counter when it’s busy not a good idea plus the food itself just ok…

HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, DISGUSTING, and RUDE… This is supposedly a 24 hour store and I come at 11:11 to order some food and the people refuse to offer me service. I saw TWO workers working and just cleaning while I scream and yell to grab their attention. I am highly frustrated and I will never ever come here ever again.

The food here is ways good, but what I can’t stand the most is when I go through the drive thru and they tell me to pull to the front to wait for my food. They do that ever single time and we don’t even go there often.

I went to this location this morning and ordered a breakfast platter and biscuits and gravy to share between me and my 3 year old. I went through the drive through and my total was $ 4.62. I gave the Hispanic cashier lady my card to pay and I look away, only to look back up to see her cleaning the counters with napkins. She then proceeded to put the same dirty napkins into my bag of food and hand them to me! I was so dumbfounded that I couldn’t say anything. I asked if my receipt was in the bag since she then handed me my card back without the receipt and she told me it was. It wasn’t. The only reason I knew I was charged what I was, was because I checked my bank account. Had I said something to her about her very disgusting practice of placing dirty napkins in my bag(which is completely against health code violations), with my food I would have exploded. I’m 6 months pregnant and have already been hospitalized for stress and I do not need that. I contacted Carl’s Jr on their main website and I’m yet to even receive an automated response that my complaint was received. At least I know my complaint should go through corporate headquarters. I’ll most likely contact the health department as well, since that was COMPLETELYDISGUSTING! Don’t go to this location unless you want to risk getting sick.

Terrible Carl’s Jr. First off, the girl working the window uttered«God damn it» under her breath when I politely asked for a side of jalapeños. We ordered a double western bacon cheese burger, and received a single. Paid well over 6 dollars for the burger so I know she charged me for the double. When I went to check the receipt to see if she did, I quickly noticed there was no receipt. No napkins. No straws. No ranch or ketchup that usually come with the onion rings at other Carl’s jr locations. When we called to complain about our unpleasant experience, a woman answered not sure if it was the same one that took our order and told us the manager wasn’t in and couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible. Never had a problem at other locations. I work at a restaurant so I’m pretty understanding. But this was unacceptable. Still can’t believe she uttered God damn it when I asked for jalapeños EDIT: lady gave me the whole order back. Gave them one more star

This location is consistent with others. I did drive thru and the order was complete and accurate. The ordering was quick and simple. The service was polite and quick. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger tasted great. I miss Carl’s Jr now that I live in Cincinnati.

The primary problem with this location is one of service. A few years ago they had an employee — I can’t recall her name — but she really hustled. She worked the inside tables and service was never an issue. She left a few years ago and since then the service has really dropped. Rachel’s experience hasn’t changed. I work nearby and used to visit this Carls quite often. A few years ago service was quite good. Now, you’re lucky if the order comes out correct. The drive-through order box sounds like Donald Duck. The person on the other end is talking so fast that you can’t understand what they’re saying. So you never know if they’ve gotten the order correct or not. I agree that a change in management is due here and then a thorough staff training effort with emphasis on service.

This Carl’s is absolutely disgusting. There is so much grease on the burgers that the buns are soggy. The onion rings on the burger were over cooked and about the size of a quarter. The staff gets everything wrong all the time. I went to this place for years, but had to stop because of how downhill it’s become. This place needs a management overhall.
