Love their burgers and breakfast burritos. Their teriyaki chicken/beef and chili cheese fries are always good too. Staff is friendly and always have gotten fast service whether it’s dining in or take out.

Love their breakfast burritos, lil pricey but I don’t mind for the size they are. Some of the ladies their could be friendlier tho. But over all very good place.

Pastrami Burrito and Chili Cheese Fries have become a good alternative for The Hat. Portions are huge and prices are good.

Very, very poor quality food. If there was an option to choose 0 stars, I would rate this 0. Definitely do not get their cheese on any burgers, they use some sort of cheap cheese I’ve never even tasted. All in all, don’t waste your time & play yourself.

This restaurant seems filthy, I walked in and a cook dropped a box of peppers on the floor. left them there for about a minute, came back with a bucket put the dropped peppers in the bucket then placed the bucket in the fridge the wait was long will not come back.

On 10÷3÷15 I went to Burgertown where I have gone for many years and enjoyed their food. This past year, the service has slowly gone down with people not showing up to the drive through and poor customer service. On this particular day, I was ordering a bacon breakfast and an omelet, items that I wouldn’t think would take long to make, I was wrong. Once I made it to the cashier and paid, I waited for my order. After 15 minutes of waiting the cashier told me to pull up. As I did, I noticed that the order for the people behind me was ready. They got their food and left. This happened two more times! Somehow three other orders were ready before mine, which took 5 minutes to get their food. I waited a total of TWENTYMINUTES to get my food from the drive through. Fast food is label led fast food for a reason. I would have liked a reason for the tardiness but none was given. I do not recommend going to this establishment due to the poor customer service and slow service. If you have 2 hours to kill to eat, feel free to waste them here. If they improve there drive through service, I will be willing to give it another change, not before.

Not sure about this place. We sat at the drive thru for LITERALLY ten minutes before someone took our order. Then, they got our order wrong because they couldn’t understand us, and we couldn’t understand them. The drive thru was not quick at all — would’ve been faster to order inside. And the lady who took our order was no where near friendly. She was borderline rude and curt with us, irritated that she didn’t have our very simple order right. The food — I have very mixed feelings about it. At first, I was happy they gave such large portions for such a low price. And my San Francisco burger tasted good at first too. But then I started to taste the mushrooms and onions — not very appetizing. And it’s so rich and greasy that my stomach felt weird all night. I don’t think I will ever come back here, and I feel like we wasted our time and money. We love little«hole-in-the-wall» joints, but this place is lacking too much to really qualify as a «good find».

Really low quality food. Not good at all but if you’re starving it’s edible. Also the place is pretty dirty and smells funny. I really regret giving them my money. And i say giving them my money because with this quality food they should be paying ppl to eat here! First and last time here. Crap!

The chicken teriyaki plate was the worst. The chicken was mostly fat with no flavor. The rice was completely over cooked which made it mushy. And they piled the hot rice and chicken on top of my salad which made the lettuce warm and gross. Also they place was filthy, floors and tables. Just moved into the neighborhood, not coming again anytime soon. I will stick to subway across the street.

The only reason why i come here is because i had such a fond memory eating here with my friends when i was in high school&because it was so close to school. However, the food is okay. The burgers are okay and very greasy. I recommend the club sandwich, teriyaki beef, bacon cheeseburger and breakfast burritos are good. I wouldnt even try the other things on the menu other than that. The mexican food is bland. The breakfast menu isnt anything special also. You can make it at home, very simple. The customer service is shit also. &AVOID going during afterschool hours as it gets packed due highschoolers dining there.

Can’t beat the fried zucchini! The staff isn’t the friendliest… and the drive-thru speaker needs some fixing. I’m constantly shouting«What?» because I can’t hear whoever is on the other end. But damn good food.

The Food was not good. The Chicken burrito was Huge but didn’t deliver. The chicken(which I asked for white breast chicken as they displayed on the drive thru menu board which they offer with their salads) was chopped up & diced low grade chicken meat and not of good quality &100% not what i asked for and was told i would receive(I asked twice for white breast meat, even in Spanish too!). The taquitos were ok and they only had chicken.(one order of taquitos onoy comes with 2 taquitos). The salsa Verde(green salsa) and the watered down guacamole which reminded me of the el pollo loco salsa bar guac. option were not good at all. The Service was ok, to my surprise after reading all the negative comments on Unilocal. The main problem with this food establishment is not the employees, the problem is the management and ownership and you can clearly see this from the exterior of the building not being kept up to industry standards to compete with other fast food drive thru’s.

Burger town is the best you gotta get the onion rings and fried zucchini. They have great burgers and a ton of other stuff on the menu. What else could you want. Plus a couple arcade games while you wait for your order.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. I was in the drive thru ready to order and they took considerably a long a** time to finally take my order. The food is also very very greasy. I couldn’t even finish it this time. I grew up going to this place but now it’s total complete crap. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Good luck in the drive thru guys…

Currently in the drive thru, worst customer service by the dark hispanic lady here. Food was good here back when i was in high school in 2008 now its jus greasy and messy. What really bothers me is her attitude, seems like she hates her job. Why keep this job when your going to treat your customers like shit.

Chorizo breakfast burrito was good. Onion rings were delicious and made fresh. Drive through is the worst. They need to make sure the customer is done asking for things before they walk away. Don’t get mad at us if you need to keep going back.

Wonderful, greasy, meat, oily, chili cheese fries! I’ve been looking to find a great(value, taste, and portion size) chili cheese fries spot for many, many years, and I think I’ve found one in Orange County. Yes, many can argue that The Hat’s chili cheese fries are of one of the best, but they don’t smother chili over the fries and usually don’t get enough chili. For the amount of chili I get and the value, Burger Town tops the Southern California pastrami giant. I was shocked when I was carrying out my order. My whole order that included the large chili cheese fries, bacon burger, onion rings, a side of ranch and yellow chili peppers weighed close to 5 lbs! I should’ve ordered the regular sized chili cheese fries that was $ 1.00 cheaper. I couldn’t even finish it a day later! Large chili cheese fries $ 5.92 with tax — Gigantic, greasy, and goes well with the yellow chili pepper. Get the chili cheese fries with grilled onions on top. The grilled flavor of the onions blends well with the meaty chili. Bacon Burger $ 3.83 — Buns toasted and neatly assembled, and surprisingly not too greasy! Maybe because the cook put a lot of lettuce and tomatoes which I liked. Onion rings $ 3.01 with tax — A good size, greasy, breaded well, deep fried to perfection. Goes well with ranch or seafood/cocktail sauce and bbq sauce. I’m glad I finally tried Burger Town after so many years of neglect and driving passed by it. I might have gained 10 lbs if I tried here sooner, but as cliché as it may sound, I live to eat and it would’ve been worth it.
