Wow! One more time, Unilocal came through!
I feel so lucky I found this place because «Ish» was great!
I came in because one of the prongs on my engagement ring was bent and the diamond was loose.
Ish adjusted my setting to sit lower to avoid snags and bangs, he repaired the prongs and set the ring back in to place since I banged it up so much at the gym.
He gave me the third degree about wearing it to lift weights & I wasn’t at all annoyed because I know that he cares.
It felt like a Dr. Visit because he wants to see me in a few weeks to see how the ring is holding up. If I continue to be hard on it, he is going to add two more prongs.
This was my first visit but it feels I’ve known this guy my whole life.
I only paid 48.00 for great work. I have a new jeweler, people!
He is semi retired so, plan to come in Mon-​Wed.

Ish is the ABSOLUTE BEST jeweler I have ever been to! I came to his shop initially because the stone in my wedding ring kept coming loose. The ring was purchased from one of the big retail chains (which I’m sure wasn’t the best idea, but I simply fell in love with it!) and it has a rather large morganite stone with four prongs holding it to a small rose gold band. This wasn’t the best setting to begin with, but it doesn’t help that I use my hands a lot in my profession and to be honest am a bit clumsy at times. I must have brought the ring in four or five times where Ish would tighten it on the spot –for FREE– and send me on my way saying «next time it happens we’ll look at adding extra prongs.» Well after so many generous adjustments, I decided to go ahead and have him add the prongs to hopefully solve the issue. By this point I had met several of his other customers who each raved about how good of a jeweler he is, so I truly knew I could trust him with my precious wedding ring. A mere $ 45 dollars and 5 days later, my ring was ready! He did such a marvelous job, you’d never be able to guess the extra prongs weren’t part of the original setting! I will certainly be back for any of my jewelry needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy jeweler!

I stumbled across this jewelry store about 3 years ago. Store is located on 521 W. Commonwealth St in Fullerton, CA.
This store has been around for the past 40 years. The owner «Ish» is a delight to work with-​he knows his gems, and will give you a fair deal on diamonds.
The store needs a little bit of updating, but the customer service makes up for it! I enjoy going in, and just learning about the jewelry process.
Ish tries to read his customer style and taste, and can pull out some beauties from his private collection. I recently was in the market for a nice watch… starts with an R and ends with an X-​he made some calls, and I was able to preview the style I was looking for.

Got my wedding band and engagement ring resized. Took it in on Tuesday and they called me Friday morning to pick it up. It was a total of three rings and they up sized it from an 8 to a 10! They did a great job and it was much cheaper than other places nearby.

Ismael («Ish») was so great! My finger was so swollen after trying to pull a stuck ring out of my finger. Nothing worked for me on getting my ring out for the last 2 years (i.e. Windex, ice, floss, hot water). The hot water trick was the last one I tried and my finger got so swollen that it was unbearable. The ring couldn’t even be turned around the finger. Came to All Phases Jewelry and Ismael helped me cut the ring off. He was so nice and didn’t even charge me. I will be coming back when the swelling settles down to fix and resize the ring.
I am definitely coming back for other custom work and highly recommend All Phases Jewelry to anyone!

Brought in my grandmother’s wedding set and needed repairs on it so I could wear it as my own wedding set. They did a wonderful job and it looks like no one has touched it! Amazing work!

If you want a master jeweler’s service, this is where you go. We’re not talking «jewelry mart» prices, here, but we are talking «well worth the cost». A number of years ago a big-​store bench jeweler botched the sizing and soldering of three bands. In shopping around for a fix nobody thought any better could be done. I brought the rings here and the rest is history. You can shop here for fine jewelry and you can also obtain first-​rate repairs. It is indeed an «all phases» shop.

It seems that honest jewelers are hard to come by. Ish and his staff prove that they still exist — they will bend over backwards to make sure you get the ring that is perfect, not the one that will cost the most.
