This place is great! I feel good about leaving my dog here for grooming! The staff is very friendly and show a lot of care for animals. Noa is awesome!

My husband and I have been trying to rescue a teacup Pom for a while. Haven’t been able to find anything. I found All About Puppies on Unilocal and my husband said we could «stop in». We did. There was a pure, sweet, little tea cup Pomeranian and we played and she was SO loving. Hubs said no. We came home and he said later– go get our girl! I got her. She was so happy to see me and the staff was great. Their food prices for Holistic food is AMAZING! Fromm puppies food is at least $ 35 a bag anywhere. It’s half that here. The groomers are so sweet. And Penelope aka Penny Lane fits great in our home. I will update after the vet today. But she is so loving and they took such great care of her when they had her. Everyone who wants to bash on that they didn’t get a «pure bred». Can suck it! You should’ve paid $ 75 to ask for the certification. Who cares tho!!! The breeder in Riverside I spoke to a few weeks ago and they were great! And it’s the same breeder that I got Penny from at All About Puppies. She has perfect markings and is so mellow, fun and loving.

Staff is friendly. Dogs were groomed perfectly they look as adorable as ever. Great price. What more can I ask for?

I’ve been here twice the first visit was not good and the 2^nd vist is the reason they get 5 stars. Here is the rundown of our visits.
I took my Golden to this place about 1.5 years ago and they did a horrible job. His cut was soo short and kind of blocky i barely recognized him and when we got home i saw he had nicks and cuts all over him. I understand that if your dog is wiggly this may happen but I was told everything went well. Needless to say we were hesitant to ever return.
We went back for our 2^nd visit and we were told that that certain groomer who worked on my pup was no longer with them that they had had several issues with her. The Manager/​owner (i believe) assuserd us that what happened during our first visit was not policy. That if nicks occurred the groomer should’ve come out and let us know what happened. This time around my pup came out looking wonderful. We got a full cut, bath and brush, along with nails and teeth being done as well. My Golden has very sensitive skin (allergies) so i had specific instructions, no scent, rinse well, brush gently ect. they followed them all and even recommended shampoos. We will be returning. If you have a Golden i recommend the Groomer Wen. She has a great eye for the lines of a golden.

**Grooming Review**
I normally have my Lab groomed through my vet’s office, but decided to try this place out b/​c it’s close to my home. I am so glad I tried it out! The groomer was very sweet and the prices are pretty comparable to other grooming companies. My dog smelled so good afterward and was still fresh smelling for days afterward. I will definitely be a return customer!
On a side note, I do wish this business would concentrate on selling only supplies and grooming services, in lieu of selling puppies. I am not convinced that the animals are not from puppy mills and if anything, why not adopt out shelter animals?

Priced really well and they did a GREAT job! My dog can be difficult to deal with and they dealt with her very well. Very timely. They took the time to ask us what we wanted for our dog and they listened. We’ve been places before where they cut her too short but they did wonderfully. We just found our new groomer!

These folks are great. I took my dogs there for the first time today, and had a great experience. We don’t normally take our dogs to groomers at all because we don’t really trust anyone with them. After reading the stellar reviews (and even the few bad/​mediocre reviews weren’t about anything major) we decided to take the dogs in. Of course, once inside, the dogs didn’t want to go with strangers into the back, but the staff let the dogs get comfortable rather than simply dragging them back. They told me that the dogs would be ready by noon, and they actually called a half hour early to let me know that they were ready. The dogs have never looked better! They were happy, unharmed, and very clean. And the price was reasonable too! While we’ll still likely do most of the grooming ourselves, we’ll definitely be back when it’s time for a professional again.

Love the groomers and owner at All About Puppies Fullerton. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend their services and they have fun things to shop for while you wait. Luna my Yorkie is treated like a queen… we are very happy.

My dog has been to here for the wash for over 6 months. Their groomers are nice and caring. A great place for dog wash!

Ok folks, here goes! Her name was Tippi, born July 27, 2015, died November 2, 2015!
I hope this article reaches hundreds of people. On Sat Oct 24, 2015 at approx 4 pm i purchased a Morkie for $ 700 from this Store, by Monday Nov 2^nd at 6 am she had died in the ER, with trips to the vet beginning Thurs morning, Oct 29^th, after being sick all night on the 28^th. Fluids all day Thursday, back to vet Fri all day, back to vet Sat at 9, picked up took to ER at 12:30, where she passed away on Monday the 2^nd.
She had contracted Parvo from either the Pet Store or the Breeder. I was assured the Breeder was a «fabulous breeder» and NOT a «puppy mill», as advertised on their business card.
I contacted the Pet Store and the girl at the counter advised me she was passed the «72 hour» policy i agreed to and had signed. That «if she had shown signs of being sick the day before, it would be different, and that for sure she did not get sick there, and they would do nothing». I left my number and told her to have the owner or Manager to call me… no one has called us.
We spent over $ 3500 in Vet bills and another $ 1100 to have our house sanitized and scrubbed, and threw out bedding and rugs amounting to who knows how much.
Both the ER and the VET have assured me she had to have contracted the Parvo Virus prior to our adoption, it is a 5 to 7 day period before showing signs.
These people do not take responsibility, and are selling sick puppies, and breaking peoples hearts!
If some fabulous Humane advocate or Attorney wants to assist us with this, let me know.
FOLKS, HELP ME STOP THESE PEOPLE.

Fraud
Dishonest. I payed a good amount of money for two puppies here. They were advertised as Pomeranians. As the dogs grew i and others noticed that they began to resemble that of a chihuahua. I took the dogs in were the attendant told me my dogs were most likely going through the ugly phase most Pomeranians go through.
I took my dogs to the groomers and vet who tell me these dogs are Pom chi … I absolutely fell in love with the dogs and am just so disappointed in how dishonest this rather new business is. When looking over my adoption forms these puppies were purchased from a chihuahua breeder. Look at the sign on the puppies and the price they were attempting to charge knowing these weren’t full breed animals.
Consumer beware

I’ve taken Paris my little Maltipoo here for grooming since this location has opened. I’ve been completely satisfied with their haircut! Paris always looks adorable with the bows and little scarf they send her home in style and beautiful!

They gave my poodle mix a perfect teddy bear cut. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Mallory :)

I went here this morning after getting horrible service at Oasis Pet Spa in Fullerton and they exceeded my expectations.
Once calling them on a short notice to groom my dog today they immediately told me to bring her on up there and they would groom her right away! I have a rescue dog who is very afraid of being put in cages and the owner (didn’t get his name) showed me where she would be and assured me that besides right after the bath she wouldn’t be in there very long.
The groomer came out and showed loving to my dog and played with her, which made me feel so much better about leaving her there. I was only gone an hour and they called me to tell me she was ready.
Once there to get her they did such a good job at grooming her and were so friendly. She was so sad to leave as my dog was now in love with the groomer.
I will be back next time she needs a groom and highly suggest this place to anyone with a dog!

Took in 3 dogs including a Goldendoodle who has never been groomed before. They all came home beautiful and happy. Great experience, nice people and happy dogs.

I am always nervous about taking my dog anywhere to get groomed. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the groomer and owners are very nice. Lola lamb loves Nori, the groomer.

I took my long haired mix bread (mainly German Shepard) to get a very short haircut before we took him out to Colorado River (very hot there). FYI he doesn’t have a dual coat or an insulation layer.
I asked them to cut his hair down to one inch (normally 3 inches long). I also requested they do NOT trim his face as I like the hair around his face to be a bit more poofy like a lion. My wife picked him up and when I saw him I was confused on why they just gave him a bath and didn’t cut his body, it was that unnoticeable. I measured his coat on his back to be 2.5 inches (instead of 1 inch). Just to add salt to the wound, they trimmed around his face extremely short (the one place I wanted long). They did exactly opposite of what I asked! My fiancé is too timid to say anything in person when she picked him up, but if it was me I would’ve refused payment — but another thing is that they don’t let you see your dog until you pay so you don’t know how much tip to leave or complain about the hair cut.
But he was happy and not scared, I’m sure they treated him well and gave him respect, I just wish they listened to my requests instead of doing exactly opposite of what I wanted.

i went here because the la mirada location was booked. im so glad i came here because the customer service is great! the la mirada location i must say their employees have lots of attitude and no patience at all.
this place is 3 dollars more expensive than the la mirada location but its because they pay a higher rent but i think its also worth it because my dog came out looking fabulous (like always~) and they were so kind to me!
