I am writing this on Thanksgiving 2015. Let me say I am 60 years old. I started out on 8⁄82015 just trying to get a new pair of glasses. If I could give no stars I would. I was examined and told I have Pre Glaucoma. Ordered glass and they were not right. I had to go to the Cooper store to get them because I was using my old frames. So I am dealing with two stores. I was granted another free exam and told the Dr. that the first Dr. said I had Pre Glaucoma. Se kind of half hardly agreed Second time the prism was not right. So back to the drawing board for another 2 wk. wait. Was told to go to Eastchase to pick them up because they had measured my frames and knew the size to make. Let me say I have a very strong RX and was charged $ 70 extra for the left eye because it was strong. This time the machine to cut the thick frames was not calibrated right so my bifocals were off some. I was wearing version two all this time let me say. Another 2wk wait. This time they had made the lenses for glasses without front frames. So another 2 weeks to try again. Next time it was not right again. All I know it was 9 weeks and it wasn’t right. Maybe there was another pair of lenses in there but I do know at this point I was on week 9. I kind of did a little legal threating and got to see a 3rd Dr. who finally said I had Cataracts which if the first Dr. had said that or the second when I told her what the first Dr. said would have said not Pre Glaucoma but Cataracts then the whole process could have stopped there and I could have saved $ 599 on the wrong glasses and not gone any further. I e-mailed the manager because he would not talk to me and he said I was told Cataracts the first visit which was not true nor on the second exam. I was planning to go to an Ophthalmologist, but since I am a veteran went to the VA and pulled in some favors since I work there also and long story short was told Cataracts. The VA now has a program if you can’t get in over 30 days of if you are a F/U 30 days from when you Dr. says you need to be back if approved can go to a place outside of the VA if it is on their list. I was highly recommended for Cataract surgery because without it I would never see well in glasses and pos. go blind. Well as luck would have it the place I wanted to go because of a referral from a co-worker and very good reviews, Ford Eye Center of Arlington was on their approved list. Thank the lord. The VA could not get me in for the surgery until after the 1st of the year. 11⁄23 I had one of the two surgeries done on my worst eye where I could see nothing on the exam. I now see much better. I was told before surgery I may need to go back into glasses but at a much lower RX, but on my post op was told I should do great in readers. I work on a computer 8.5 hours a day and I am reading online they have computer readers which should help me greatly. I will look into that after my surgery on my other eye on 11÷30÷15. If this dumb Pearle Vision center would have told me at the first visit that I had Cataracts which the Manager claimed they did but they didn’t until 9 weeks and a lot of hassle did not I could have stopped it right there and saved $ 599 on a worthless pair of lenses. They refused to give me my money back. E-mail I was sent back was full of lies. That price was just my on lenses. NEVERNEVERNEVER go to That Pearle vision. Really I would not go to any. If you need to wear glasses all the time and your RX is very strong please don’t go to any«discount» eye wear place. Go to an Ophthalmologists and if they find an eye medical problem your medical insurance will cover it. That is probably a better place to go anyway for the best eye care. They can find any possible problems right away. If interested I highly recommend the Ford Vision Center in Arlington, TX for readers who may be in my same area. Very highly rated and customer service is great. I will go nowhere else for as long as they keep up the good work.

Promised glasses to my son 4 weeks ago. Called on monday when they were due to ask about them they said that they were getting them ready. Called 2 days later they told me they were not even ordered yet. Called next day said they were ordered and in the mail. Called the next week said that they were still in route. Asked them when they should be there. They say they dont know. If I were a business I would call the shipping company and ask where the glasses were. They told me they didn’t have access to that information. Told them I need to come pick up my sons prescription and go somewhere that will give us service. They told me that they would not give it to me and that all sales are final. I Dont even have the product yet! Worst business will NEVERGO Back!
