Went in to Simply Mac after a call with apple support wasn’t able to help me over the phone. At their suggestion I went into simply Mac. The guy at the desk lacked no customer service skills whatsoever. He had a terrible attitude with no interest in trying to help us with our problem. Would never go back there again!

This is the third time I’ve been here and the third time I’ve been severely disappointed. The first time I went, it was for their grand opening and everyone was supposed to get a nifty little Apple mug. That never happened… The second time I went in to buy a Mac, well they didn’t have any. The third time I went in with a friend to get his iPhone battery replaced which they said they should have in 24 hours. We waited a week and then went in. They said they had no idea what we were talking about, but one gentleman who smelled like alcohol, did seem to remember that we had been in before. Then proceeded to write down their phone number on a scrap of paper and say try giving us a call next week. It’s almost laughable how bad the services here. I would definitely not recommend this place for any product or service.
