13 days into our installation, we’re told it will be another week. Multiple appointments have been blown off with no call or e-​mail explaining why they won’t be out to complete the installation. We’ve spoken to numerous people around the world and gotten several different stories. No one can give us a straight answer. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare!
