I have been getting burgers here since the early 60s. The place is a somewhat dark pool hall but the bartender and staff are always friendly and you can always find the locals talking about events. Nothing fancy, but I stop here every time I am in Frostproof to get some of their slaw burgers. It’s a fairly thin patty that is cooked on a griddle with grilled buns. However… it is the slaw that makes these so good. They even have a special where if you buy 5 you get the 6th one free. In additiona to the burgers, there is a variety of other bar food which has always been good but nothing really special. I just have to say, though: Stop by here for some burgers!!!
